My delivery estimate has changed multiple times, fed ex told me âaddress correctionâ when the address was correct zip+4 (+4 added by shipper to give exact area of the zip) but instead of using common sense they send my package near the border out of sheer ignorance my estimate has changed 3 times already I wouldâve been better off picking up the package in person at this pointâŚ

ZERO STARS! My package is now over a week late! The driver is lying stating theyâve made 6 delivery attempts, marking the delivery as customer not available or business closed! Mind you, this is NOT a business address and the package doesnât require a signature! So why has the driver not left the package at my door as requested if they attempted the delivery?? Iâve been home each time and I have not received a knock on the door from any driver. I didnât receive a door tag or any proof the driver actually came to my address! Then when you call customer service, theyâre just as useless and cannot do anything to help you locate your package, and just continue to Regurgitate lines from a prompted script. The also tell me I donât have the option to pick my package up! They cannot call the warehouse to verify why the package is missing, but instead Iâm being told itâs the shippers job to call and find out what happened. Why? The shipper did their job and shouldnât be responsible for why the driver isnât doing their job! Why is my package being held hostage? This has now been escalated several times and I still havenât heard any follow-up from FedEx in a week! So pathetically unprofessional⌠of FedEx as a whole and their incompetent driver. Heâs likely just driving around marking packages as attempted delivery, without even attempting to do the job at all!

Day 2 of waiting on my package. It's still saying it's on a delivery Truck in Tucson Arizona. It is now 8:52pm. Driver name is Victor. I keep calling and the voice recorder saying same thing that is on its way. I'm gonna wait outside clear view of my whole street just to see if my package even comes close to being delivered as it says. Smfh and I actually paid for this service.

Donât have you products delivered with FedEx the really donât care if you leave instructions to leave it next to my door which there is a wall that my delivery should be left in they always leave it in front of my door. I just had a package stolen on April 27,2025 and they did nothing about it. They told me they would talk to someone and let the driver know to put it behind the wall but nothing. May 5,2025 again. I got another today May 9,2025 & again they left in front of the door!! Iâm beyond annoyed.

It makes me so irritated that there isn’t a phone number to complain about a driver speeding through my neighborhood. The main number said without a truck number or name they can’t help. If he wasn’t driving so fast I’d have a truck number. Next time I see him I’ll just call the police.

Super unprofessional hiring process, applied twice on indeed with next pack, got set up with Heribeto Valdez and we agreed to meet on Wednesday, come Wednesday he ignores all the calls and texts, I let them know on Indeed what the problem was and they set me up with another interview on Saturday with Alejandro Sanchez, I show up ahead of time and had to wait out in the sun for almost an hour before being told he wasn't even here, I wasted my time and gas to come here, the facility sucks and the people in charge must be idiots how does this happen? Thanks for wasting my time guys

In the last 5 weeks, we got a new FedEx driver in Vail, AZ. How do I know? I NEVER had so many consistent issues until now. Out of a total of seven deliveries between myself and my husband, only 1 package made it to my door. I placed two formal complaints with FedEx and nothing changed. This driver delivers our packages to our next door neighbor or our neighbor diagonal from us. Let's also add thar out of all delivery drivers, he's the worst! Not only can he not read a label or address sign but drives down our dirt road really fast! Rocks have flung up and hit our garage! He also peeled out in our neighbor's yard while delivering my package to her. I highly recommend you either find a new driver for our route. He is disrespectful to all of our property! He has dark curly hair with a dark bearded face. DO NOT SEND HIM AGAIN!!! Sincerely,

July 23 2024: Package is on delivery truck before 7AM. At 5 PM I start tracking the delivery truck location via Fedex website, and status of package is still "out for delivery". The truck never comes close to my neighborhood. Then at 8PM the driver stops in the parking lot of the local shopping center and changes the status to "We tried to deliver." I don't mind delayed deliveries due to legitimate reasons, but don't insult our intelligence with a phony status. Besides, if the Fedex truck hadn't been parked at a residential house in the sparsely populated outer suburbs for an hour and a half between 5:30 and 7PM, you would have had time to deliver.

I literally watched the driver pull into my cul de sac wait 15 seconds then pull off.. never even attempted to deliver my package. Then the tracking status of my tracking said attempted to deliver. I called the 800 customer number and was assured the driver would come back to deliver my package by 5pm. Here it is 6pm and of course my package hasn't arrived. I call the 800 number again and I get told my an automated service to call back during business hours and hung up on.. long story short they have horrible customer service and I'm 100% convinced the driver has stolen my package and they only enable the behavior at there offices

I am also going to file a report with The Better Business Bureau. I will slso be contacting our attorney General in the state. Only way 2 post this message is choosing a star 2 rate it. Fedex by no means deserves the one star I had 2 choose.

I have been using FedEx 2 transfer my wedding rings 2 my jeweler for inspection and repair for several years now. This time they didn't make it; the package is "lost" according 2 fedex. Fedex claims there isn't anyway they can track it. The only record they have is when the box was scanned when it left the drop off point. There is no activity since. I have gotten the run around since I found out the box never made it. I filled out a claim but haven't heard anything about it yet. Customer service doesn't know anything at all and all I get is a run around with a new excuse when I called them. I have the address where it went and I intend to drive down there and have them search for it since that was the last place it was. This situation has reminded me I had a problem with fedex 2 years ago when they sent the package and I never recieved it. I talked with customer service a number of times and they did locate it. It was in a fedex warehouse in Miliken, CO. I was in Loveland CO at the time. Their excuse to me was the driver kept forgetting 2 load it on his truck. I put up with that for 2 days before I called them again and asked if I could drive over to the warehouse and pick it up myself. They allowed me 2 do that. My jeweler provides me with the fedex shipping label 2 get the jewelry to them so I don't have to pay shipping. If I do get my box back I will never use fedex again for any shipments that i send out. I will pay for it if they find them for now on through a different shipping company. They don't deserve the star I gave them but was the only way it would let me post this message.
