I didn't want to write this review, but I think it's important for other buyers to know. We remodeled our kitchen through a designer, and we used Fergusons to order our kitchen appliances. We spent a large amount of money and waited 9 months for our appliances to arrive, but up to that point were pleased with the showroom employees. Unfortunately, when it came time to install, everything fell apart and Fergusons did an extremely poor job finishing the project. Their installation team was incredibly difficult to work with and would leave our house with nothing installed and no valuable direction on why they didn't install the appliances. We had to reach out to them ourselves to figure out the problem, and it was always a finger-pointing game at our contractor or cabinet installer. This happened four times and each time we rescheduled was a 7-day minimum wait for their return. Essentially, they delayed our project by an additional month leaving us without a workable kitchen. In fact, we had to have our contractor finish one of the installs because they "didn't have much experience with that specific appliance." It was painful to say the least and the Fergusons representative, although helpful on the surface, was never able to help or expedite. Bottom-line: Go to the showroom (which is beautiful), decide on what you want, then go somewhere else to purchase so you can avoid their installers. At the end of day, nothing matters if you can't get the items installed correctly into your house.

Don’t waste your time here. I ordered an appliance and was told that my deposit would secure the last one showing in stock. Only to find out later that now there is a 2 month wait for that item. I was not notified of the delay. It only came up later when my sales rep’s assistant asked me if I wanted the second appliance that I was purchasing installed now or when the fridge is installed. There is a lack of communication despite the reps having post sale assistants. And oddly the refrigerator is still showing on their website as in stock so their website is unreliable as well.

Update: in previous review I mentioned that we would not be returning to Ferguson. And we did. Only because our building has an account with them. We regretted doing so. I can believe the amount of money we spent on appliances benefits this company and not the actually brands that have their own showrooms. The folks at Ferguson know very little about Subzero, Miele etc. even worse the sales manager lacks some serious professionalism and communication skills. Everything we ordered was back ordered. The least they could do is keep us apprised in the status of our order. My husband found a work around and stayed in contact with someone at subzero to let us know when our refrigerator, freezer and wine fridge would be delivered because emails to Martha were basically ignored. We knew that our order was delivered to Tucson and Ferguson didn't even know or bother to let us know. It's honestly just disappointing to spend your hard earned money at a company who really doesn't care about their customer. I would not work with Ferguson again.

For our new home build our contractor recommended Ferguson. We went in and the Associate appeared very helpful. We selected fixtures for all kitchen and baths. Then we waited for a quote that never came. We wound up going with a local plumbing supply store that was amazing. They were very professional and actually followed through at every stage. Ferguson lost $38,000 worth of business. With so many negative reviews, how can leadership of the store not take action to improve customer experience?

The local plumbing supply stores are great, but I wish I can give the same praise to the showroom. If you're building a home or remodeling, my suggestion is to go anywhere else but the Fergusons showroom. The sales staff is friendly but a complete mess. In addition, most items in the showroom are either in disarray, partially assembled, or damaged. The list of problems we experienced is extensive. We were encouraged to create an online account to add items of interest. Then reluctantly gave up our login and password to our sales consultant because she haphazardly merged 4 other clients account with ours. They have no idea on lead times. Just stating she seen 1 year lead times on some items. So with that feedback, we had to constantly contact our consultant to place our orders. That took 2 months. Product arrives well short of a year and they want us to take immediate delivery. Fergusons tailors to highend clients so they should be aware that custom builds and remodels are never on schedule. Adding the the warning of a year long lead times, how can you expect immediate delivery? They threatened to place our items up for resale. Our contractor was forced to take delivery early, only to have the order short. Before setting up the delivery, they charged my CC which they had on file without approval or even sending me a receipt. I found out through an alert from my bank. Delivery calls with a 15 minute warning and shows up an hour early at the wrong address. To top it all off, that great pricing we got, I found the shorted item (same P/N) on Amazon for 2/3 of that discounted contractors price we supposedly received. I should also mention our contractor had many issues with them as well. He mentioned to me he'd never recommend Fergusons again to any of his clients. This is coming from the longest standing builder in our town with many years of experience. Hope sharing our pain, helps someone else make better purchasing decision.

**Warning** Ferguson Bath and Kitchen in Tucson is a fraud. If you need to buy Sub-zero or Wolf products, go to another place. Ferguson in Tucson delivers used and damaged products that they sell as new. Please see attached pictures.
