The only reason we went to buy a full set of kitchen appliances from them is that they carry 36" Bartizzoni stove ,but We have never had a nightmare experience worse than dealing with Ferguson, they made remodeling our kitchen experience a nightmare!Starting from the staff in the store who are always bored and don't want to deal with the customers, to their WOSREST OF THE WOREST INSTALLATION contracted company.Here is a few of what they did :They Cancelled my Microwave installation at the last minute after I paid for the installation three months earlier which left me with a short period of time to find another installer.2- the installer damaged my brand new kitchen cabinets and didn't bother to apologize.3-Another installer shoved garbage into my mail box just because we were telling them to wrap the appliances and be careful with them not hitting the walls!4- lastly we returned a scratched hood and received confirmation that the return item was received and now they can't find it and keep emailing us asking about a return item they lost !SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FRUSTRATIONS AND Don't SHOP AT FERGUSON.

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen, looking for appliances so went the their store. A young gentleman behind the desk didn't great or even look at us , so we told him we are looking for appliances and he replied appliances are at the back of store . So after wondering arround in the appliance section for like 15 minutes without anyone showing up to see why we are wondering we left the store.So I will NOT recommend them at all.

WE have had a TERRIBLE experience with Fergusons. We ordered a full set of Wolf Kitchen Appliances --including 2 ovens and gas range top and hood in SEPTEMBER, 2021. More than one year later, the range top and hood have still NOT been installed correctly. We are now dealing with Wolf directly. We have made dozens of calls in the effort to get this resolved. I would strongly urge you to seek out a different supplier, unless you like dealing with a nightmare.

Every time I frequent this establishment all three gentlemen behind the counter are very polite helpful and very very knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

Called to make sure we could go in and talk to someone. They said we could and they were open. Drove all the way there and told we had to make an appointment. I specifically asked that question on the phone. They said Monday- Friday you don’t need an appointment, only on Saturday. So we drove about 20 miles and we’re turned away. We will find somewhere else that cares about customers and giving them correct information and service.

This is a small version of a bigger Ferguson store so they don't have everything big in stock. however they do a good job of telling you which of their larger stores does have it in stock so you don't have to waste time running around trying to find it.

Bought a brand new wall Kitchenaid microwave and oven back in October. Had to resize the wall opening and as of this day we are waiting on a part for the microwave. Microwave needed a new part after one week. The Ferguson lady laughed and said it happens more then you realize. Well I'm 68 and I've never had this happen. There were other problems. Workmen were supposed to come out to measure the space and I had no call on the day they were to come out. Called Ferguson's and they said they had moved the time. Never informed me. Have called a couple of times and no one calls you back. I would never use this company again. You'd do just as well to go to Home Depot or Tucson Appliance. So many things went wrong with this store I would never recommend them.

My kitchen designer recommended this place as a source when we remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. The customer service was very poor, especially for the amount of money we spent (two high end tubs, new faucets and shower heads for three bathrooms, six sinks, including a double porcelain farm sink, light fixtures, three new toilets, and more). It was almost impossible to reach the service provider (Jillian) directly by phone because you get transferred around endlessly. She was very slow about returning calls and I never could get delivery dates from her, which was very frustrating on a project of this size.She made recommendations for sinks that she said many people wouldn’t choose - why would you do that? The kitchen faucet she recommended was a touch on & off, which broke just over a year after purchase and we had to change the batteries several times. It was a pain to crawl under the sink & replace 12 (!) batteries, so why would you recommend it, except that is was more expensive, increasing their margins? It stopped working altogether on Thanksgiving and my husband had to disable the touch feature.Unless you don’t care about service, I would avoid this place like the plague. You will deeply regret doing business with them. I would give no stars, if possible.

It was an easy and very pleasant experience to order our $7,000 appliance. Sales rep was very informative and made good suggestions. From there it went quickly downhill. There was no coordination for actual delivery. Four weeks in we got a call to schedule installation. One week later no appliance. Finally at six weeks a very, very good company, Specialty Appliances, actually did the job. Called Ferguson a few hours after install to tell them the refrigerator was not working properly. Got transferred to a variety of out of state offices. Still 4 days later and still waiting for that call back! (Specialty Appliances explained the fix over the phone.) Ferguson has absolutely the worst customer service. Take your money and then will not talk to you!

If you are a DIYer, and have mainly Kohler and Sterling bathroom fixtures in your home like I do, Ferguson is going to come in handy time and time again. I have found every part that I've needed for my older Kohler Coralais tub/shower and sink faucet, as well as newer Kohler Wellworth and and older Sterling Windham toilets. The prices were high, but not as high as I thought. Keep in mind though, the service is almost always shotty; you pretty much have to know what you're looking for before coming in. Otherwise they'll be of no help, look at you with confusion, go through the computer for four hours, or talk down to you; the guys that work in here are real pompous jackasses, in my opinion.

We are getting our entire kitchen done and the company that is doing it, recommended us go to Ferguson to look at purchasing our new door handles and pulls as well as our kitchen faucet. I walked in and there was a girl at the front desk, like a store receptionist? She asked if she can help me find anything, I advised her that we were getting a brand new kitchen and that the company recommended me coming there for kitchen handles and pulls as well as faucet. She looked at me and pointed and said "Oh ok, go take a look, the kitchen and bathroom stuff is all mixed together" ---and that was it! No offer to help, no offer to find someone, no suggestions. I proceeded to talk the showroom and they had a lot of beautiful items. I passed at least 4 employees--at "appeared" to really be doing nothing---there were no other customers in the store. NOT ONE of them asked if I needed help finding anything! I stopped at some of the faucets to see pricing--only about 25% of them had price tags on them--I found not one single faucet for under $400!!! I walked the store and looked at their assorted knobs and pulls, which there were no price tags for any of that. Still not being approached. What a shame, I was ready and willing to spend money there...but because I got zero assistance---I left empty handed and annoyed! I promptly went to the company doing my kitchen and told them they should stop referring people to Ferguson as they were useless with assistance.

We're spending a hefty amount on a new kitchen remodel and while they did deliver our appliances on time, Fergusons installed a faulty dishwasher. Their customer service is atrocious, aggressive, and just plain difficult to deal with. We've asked for another dishwasher to be replaced but they will only repair the part that is broken. We've tried calling and speaking with them, but they have rarely returned our phone calls. We would choose another business to deal with if we could do it over.
