I ordered propane on March 12th. They said it would be delivered Mar. 20th. It wasn't. Got a call on the 21st saying it would be delivered on the 22nd. It wasn't. I called on the 25th and was told it would be delivered on the 27th. It was delivered at 7:20 by a very professional driver, Victor Fuentes. He apologized for the hour. He is a great representative of Ferrell Gas. My complaint is this: Why did they not know when the delivery would be made? They kept giving different dates which caused me to feel that I was being pushed back.

I never get a note about how many gallons were delivered from the delivery man or on the emailed bill or the final paper bill. I called up to ask for that information and have not received it yet.

Unlike one of their competitors, FerrellGas is always prompt, courteous, and helpful. Mike the driver called ahead of time as requested and did a fine job. To top it off, their prices are almost always the best in town.

Ferrell had to come out and replace a rental tank because of a leak. The new tanks is empty in my yard and they have failed to come fill this tank. They took 30% of propane I had already paid for. So I called today talked to three different csrs in the last one just hung up on me because it happened to be 5:00. Closing time this really is bad bad customer service

Absolutely terrible. Costs upon costs upon costs with people on the phone that have no clue what they're talking about and don't disclose anything.Edit: I'm responding to Ferrellgas here because I wrote 2 reviews to see what would happen and there's no surprise that they responded to this one because I left this review vague and the other one was quite detailed. I guess we know how they treat their customers now. I'll keep these reviews up.Also, keep in mind, YOU asked ME to review.

Absolutly zero human engagement anymore. They are over due for a delivery, they say they are open till 5pm (it's 3pm) but the auto system says no one is there to answer. Each time I try to call it routes me to the main system instead of a local person. Super frustrating.

Normally the service over the past 7 years has been great.I ordered propane and have to pay for it upfront. No communication from the company about my order. No communication from the driver till he is at my gate.People do work and can't be there for delivery if they don't know when it's being delivered.Driver cancel my order!!!I called the company but they didn't seem to care.No communication about a new delivery date.Very unprofessional way to be treating customers especially when you require payment first.

I own my own tank and requested $300.00 worth of Propane and paid in advance and 20 days later I receive a $178.00 Late Notice!!! additional bill and the representative is telling me that the service tech put in more than requested?? Phone # only goes to corporate out of state area??

Unlike previous drivers, Michael followed my instructions on just how to enter my property. He scanned the satellite view of the location prior to arriving to clarify my directions and backed in perfectly. Kudos to Michael and Ferrellgas.

FERRELGAS IS THE BEST PROPANE PROVIDER THAT I HAVE EVER PATRONIZED IN 50 YEARS. THEY ARE HELPFUL, FLEXIBLE, AFFORDAABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE THE BEST.
