Bad, money-losing experience. Finally learned to invest with Vanguard instead. Fidelity as a whole is awful but this branch is extra terrible.

I am amazed at the Low Ratings and Reviews. I have dealt with them for years mostly back East before moving to Tucson. Top End website. Staff does what they are asked to do. They also were a big help in my former company's 401K transfer. I'm good with them.

I usually give Fidelity in NYC five stars for service. In one week Fidelity in Tucson double paid four charitable transfers and incorrectly combined business and personal accounts. I caught all five errors. When I spoke to one of their regional supervisors all he could say was these mistakes happen and it was human error. Never once did he apologize which is all I wanted.

Our HSA provided by employer was moved to Fidelity this year and it has not been a good change. Every time we deposit funds into the HSA account from our WF account, Fidelity holds the funds for a week and we don't have access to it to pay medical bills. Their excuse is they are waiting for the funds to "clear". This is 2023 folks, it doesn't take a week for the funds to clear. Our prior HSA bank released the funds within 12 hours.

These crooks took over my employers 401(k) plan. They take $30 from my account every quarter and that’s not including the Little fees here in there that take that are two or $3 every other week. Horrible and I wish they never ? transferred my account.

Horrific! Have been on the phone asking to close one account and move funds to new account without avail.Note this has gone on for 2 years and each and every time the representatives will note errors made by previous representatives, and each and every time they promise this time it will be done. When you stop by the local office you get a kind reception from branch employees, that promise to look into it, and help resolve the issue. But in reality you get passed on to (national) phonecall switch boards. To then discuss this with representatives you will have to call and be on hold, many times close to 2 hours. In Dec 2021 I was on hold over 15 hours in 8 days! Now Dec 22 and it appears they still did not do what i asked for or what they said they would do.Also note there is almost no way to communicate in writing, to keep a record, so you do not have to start explaining the same thing over and over again. They use a secure communication platform' which is basically a link in your email to their inbox for you. This inbox auto deletes communication in 90 days and it also does not retain the messages you sent (even those in response).Obviously a bank of this caliber keeps a record of all transactions and interaction with clients through some sort of CRM system (legal requirement) and still they do not feel responsible to expedite the case to find some resolution.I will update this review as I wait for resolution.Btw I have been client for more than 20 years.Horrific!

I got locked out of my account for reasons that I have never been explained by Fidelity. They disappear on hold leaving me on hold and I never get through to anybody. I have no idea what’s going on here! I wish somebody at the branch would explain it to me.

Bunch of crooks. Went in with a million bucks during the run of the century. Told the guys in there I was worried about the market dumping and he said I was trying to time the market. Since the then market basically crashed and I lost 250k. Now looking back was I really trying to time the market? Or was I smarter than these financial so called experts? Crooks. They just need liquidity to keep running their scams. Unfortunately no brokers are your friends. Until the market makers, sec and hedgefunds chsnge their ways. Regular middle class will not make money in this market. Go invest in real estate.

Not a trans friendly company, they have a voice recognition security and they asked me for proof of me being on hormone replacement therapy in order to surpass that. I’ve been on 4 years I have no formal recent documentation. My main bank account was notified to be locked through fidelity as well, after giving them backlash they said they don’t need the proof anymore. But pretty sure it’s a violation of some sort for them to even request that. Would not recommend

We have been Fidelity clients for 20 years. The Tucson center on Skyline provides the most beneficial guidance and assistance in investing and managing our financial wealth. Highly recommend Henry Maxwell.

Never the same answer! Inconsistent. My rollover check into the account was held 7 days when I wasn’t told it would be held! The website says checks will be held up to 4 days! Ridiculous! Choose somewhere else!
