I tried buying the same pair of shoes on 2 different days. My first attempt failed when I told the sales associate my size. They brought out 1 shoe. I told them I didn’t need to try them on. The sales associate never returned. So I leave after waiting for 15 minutes. I went back on Sunday to attempt the purchase again. This time I grab the shoe, tell the desk my size and 5 minutes later someone comes to tell me I can’t purchase the shoes because they are doing inventory and come back in an hour. I will never attempt another purchase at a JD again.

Get ur customer service skills straight management. When I walk in I'm glad ur employees greet and are serviceable, and they offer if there is something in particular i need or let me know they are there to help with any question.. great, but I don't need them asking every minute.. or keeping a constant watch on me.. personally I don't see how that is a pleasant experience while shopping.

Very disappointed on returning some shoes that was never worn Would not give me a receipt for the new pair that I got and would not give me cash back. Gave me a gift card. We'll not buy shoes there again.

Bad SERVICE!!!!! I went to do an online return and an employee escorted me to manager. Manger saw shoes and went to back without saying anything. Few minutes later he “claims” he called boss about the situation and offer store credit or cash, he didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t do my return at all but was horsing around on floor. Later a random employee comes up stating she’s an assistant manager and couldn’t also help. Manger took my information and said he was going to email or call me so I can bring my shoes another time, never got done. Don’t recommend going to this location bad service!

Tucson mall employee called for me to see if a specific shoe and size was available. They were told it was and they would hold it for me as I was on my way. Upon arriving the shoe was not on hold and not in stock. Communication is poor. And not only that after going from one finish line to another the customer service difference was very noticeable. Employees here are rude.
