i was not contacted to discuss the issues with my vehicle until the next morning when i went in to talk to someone in person. then i was quoted $1400 for repairs that required less than $300 in parts. the man behind the counter made a comment about being a corporation and having to “follow corporate policies” while a quote from the company's founder about the importance of honesty was hung up behind him. i imagine it’s corporate policy to try to screw over any female that brings in a vehicle. i had my car towed elsewhere and got the repairs done for less than $500 total

Had to wait 4 hours for a flat tire repair service. Like the last time when I got four new tires, I spent over $1,600.00, I had asked how long it would take. I was told that it would take an hour, but again four hours later there I was finally leaving Firestone. I was told that their employees could not tell which tire had a nail in it: incompetent employees the manager said. This not give a customer much confidence in there services.

I set up an appointment for 10am Saturday 3 or 4 days prior, I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 hours which would have been 11:30am. I gave him my keys and left to walk around until my car was ready. I began walking back to Firestone at 11:30am to check if my car was ready. During my walk back I received a call from a female working with Firestone stating a long list of things that my vehicle needs including (A battery, Engine air filter, Cabin air filter, a $250 alignment, a $285 Spark plug replacement, a $135 fuel system cleaning, $421 both right and left tie rod replacement, and a $388 Sway bar replacement. Totaling $1996 in suggested repairs.) I am an ASE certified mechanic unknowingly to them and can tell you for a fact that the only things my car actually needed was a battery, engine air filter, and a cabin air filter.. I refused all additional work on my vehicle and by this time I was approaching Firestone to retrieve my car. I Noticed a gen 3 Hayabusa sitting in the parking lot across the parking lot and since my car was still in the garage I decided to walk over and admire the beautiful new motorcycle and as I was doing so a tire tech without sounding his horn decided to reverse out of the garage directly twords me... I looked at him as I continued walking to ensure he sees me and saw him give me a dirty look as he applied the breaks and threw up his hand (like I did something wrong) I payed him no mind as I continued to walk to the motorcycle I was attempting to look at. After admiring the motorcycle for about 5 minutes I then went into the Firestone waiting room and waited an additional 30 extra minutes for my car to be done. During my 1hour drive home I noticed that my alignment was tampered with and the car now pulls to the left, and that my sway bar had also been tampered with as well. My car now has noticeably and excessive body roll during cornering. since getting home and looking at the reviews of Firestone Tucson 290 West Wetmore RD iv noticed that their automated response is for me to send them an email regarding my experience and to include my invoice # I'll save them some hassle and provide the invoice # here (Work Order #252829 Store #025259) do better and stop judging people on their appearance. I honestly should sue Firestone for tampering with my vehicle after refusing the additional unneeded(until now) work.

I had appointment at 8:00 in the morning to get my oil changed and have them check to see why my check engine light comes on. Oil in the car on the door handle and in my cloth and oil where you push start the car on the carpet and my tires were supposed to be rotated and they're not rotating and reset the code but it wasn't done. When Simone called me today said your car ready for pickup. I asked if everything was done already before I picked it up he replied yes. But they lied it wasn't. They're getting paid to do a job we shouldn't have to check their jobs to make sure there's no oil in our car or anything like that in the tires are rotated cuz 4 hours they had my car all that service should have been done when I picked it up now I'm I'm here waiting again and it's 12:28 but they called me at 12:12 say my car is ready and it was not done except the oil change unacceptable and I didn't like Simon's attitude when I told him about it. The first time I ever had this problem with this location they need to take their time on customers cars and do what customers are paying them to do I didn't see no format in my car I didn't see them with any gloves or anything so the oil does not get in our cars.

Well as if it wasent bad enough that its sunday late afternoon and as i was out shopping, i noticed that my front tirnotas not only loosing air rapidly but the dirst place i see is Firestone! And first thought my husband and i were relieved yet we pulled up at 35mins til they were due to close, the gentleman that was telling me that itd be 35$ for a plug and that they had no time to switch me out for a new tire per my requests nearly begged! One of the very young men that were at the front of th3 first bay in an undershirt said he would be willing to assist my husband by giving him some air free of charge! and then proceeded to tell us that hes pretty sure theres other places that would be able to help us and that even autozone up the street, almost 2miles ofcourse, "may have a plug kit"
When i asked the young and very unprofessional and inconsiderate man what his name was he replies, "NONE-YAH!"
I asked again just to be sure that i heard him correctly, and he again said, "NONE-YAH!"
So, to say the very least, i highly recommend stopping ANYWHERE other than this establishment that has forever tarnished the wonderful brand i once knew as a place worth not only my time but my money!! So, please dont bother wasting your time either and if this reaches a manager then i would strongly suggest that u address this issue ASAP Please! I will be telling EVERYONE I know!!!

I took my car in for new tires. That went fine. But I was told I needed a new battery. The battery was in fact 3 weeks old but I removed the battery, brought it to Walmart where I had purchased it and confirmed it was fine. Firestone was going to charge me $245 for a new battery and caused me the hassle of removing and reinstalling the battery. They also told me I needed a new CV axle and/or boot. Another $550. I did not have the work done, brought it to a Volvo dealer who simple retightened the cv boot. It cost about $35.
This Firestone dealer is not trustworthy. I will never go back there.

Overpriced was quoted $279 for a new battery and installation. $50 for labor. Went to Walmart service center and got a new battery with 2 year warranty for $109 with no charge for labor. Corporate greed stay away from this company.

Take two hours to pull the tire off and patch it? That’s like a 30 minute job. What do you mean two hours? I’m gonna have to go to a different location. Absolutely abhorrent.

Why in gods name would an alignment take 6 hours, i had dropped off my car at 7 in the morning and was told only a couple hours as i am the first one in. so why when i call at 12:00 to check on my car is it not even being started yet. i have work at 1 if i would known it takes u 6 hours for an alignment i would have gone to a shop that has more than a collective 10 IQ.

Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! All of their employees are honest and go the extra mile for you. They are truly looking out for you as a customer and not out to gouge you or take advantage of the situation. They will communicate with you, do their best for you, and ultimately do a great job at servicing your entire vehicle. Can’t recommend enough!!

It's taking EVERYTHING in me not to post names. So here's a little back story; I'm currently in a homeless shelter with my family. I don't start work until the 24th. I have little to no money to my name. One guy who works for this location was nice enough to help me outside of his job. We even went to autozone who told me the battery was bad. This guy told me to come to his work the next day and HE would test everything for FREE and give me a discount on the battery if that was the problem. He told another worker my situation. The worker didn't charge me the full $100+ that the inspection apparently costs, he only charged me $10. Which was nice of him. The problem? He claims my car wouldn't start and he couldn't get it to turn over. I literally watched him perfectly drive it into the garage. The car never had a problem with turning/staying on. This guy claims it was the starter and that the cheapest he could quote me was $700. Now I'm not very educated on cars and home boy sensed that about me. I even asked him "Hypothetically, if it isn't the starter then what's the next step?" He wouldn't answer. He just insisted it was the starter. While the man standing behind him shook his head no at me. I obviously couldn't pay it anyway. I went to oreileys who also said the battery was bad. I took it to my dealership and they told me it was battery. Guess what? I replaced the battery and now my car is fine. I don't know what you were trying to dude but trying to screw a homeless person over is a new low.
