I was in a bind and needed a flat repaired so that I could make a deadline in another city 3 1/2 hours away. Firestone is the only company that opens at seven in the flat repair business. I called Walmart and couldn’t even get The automotive to answer the phone. Prior to the 7 o’clock opening of Firestone I got several stores to answer the phone and the one on Sunrise told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do after I explain my PLIGHT. Upon arrival, he got my information and got to work on the problem immediately. In no time at all, my tire was fixed, the young man who fixed the tire took the donut wheel off and replaced the fixed tire in the proper location and took great care to put the donut back along with my jack and handle and repack the junk in my car Back in the trunk
Where it was located. I was super impressed with the young man and Firestone in general. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with access to a bathroom as I waited. As I was waiting, I noticed on the counter that they displayed several money saving programs that you could join for free, sort of like an Amazon membership. I will start looking toward Firestone to perform my needs.

Went in to have a prior brake job looked at since it was making strange noises. Kade acknowledged that there was an issue and assured me that it would all be repaired under warranty. He was very helpful.

Were staying at the local resort and had a flat tire so I called in and Chris helped me out we’re not from the area he had the tire replaced and fixed in no time we were able to travel and get home with no worries.

My second experience with Firestone at Swan/Sunrise. First was to replace a battery in 2018 suburban (normally I just do this myself, but this battery is buried and requires removal of multiple parts to get to it). 2nd was for oil change and inspection before taking a long road trip. Both times was able to get same day service, the quality of the work was good, pricing was standard, and I felt they were honest and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The 2nd visit turned up leaking rear shocks (mileage about 50k)- so those were replaced and alignment was also performed (the vehicle drove noticeably better after the 2nd service so I feel confident the shocks/alignment was needed). I will definitely be returning for future service.

The service was excellent I had an emergency you told me to wait a couple hours and the store so do it for me ASAP before I go to work so everybody was kind and nice as always I did my oil change to hire changing everything, That was scheduled for Saturday but I had an emergency with a flat tire so they take care of care of me right there and that's what I call good customer service that's what they are my number one place to go for my service thank you Firestone very much.

I just want to say the guys at this location are hands down the greatest group of people. While having an alternator failure while leaving to head back home to California on Memorial Day of all days these guys took great care of us and made sure we were back on the road and heading home before days end! The Service Manager Randy and the front office guy John were great guys and understood our predicament and did everything in their power to get the job done to make sure we could head home that evening. With only half a day they were able to diagnose the issue and replace both the battery and alternator, all without an appointment and as an emergency walk-in. They were true men of their words and were very pleasant to talk to and work with through the whole ordeal. I couldn't say I've ever had a better experience from a mechanic or a shop, I owe them so much more gratitude than I could ever state here! Thank you and all the guys at the shop that made this possible, true professionals!
