Absolute incompetence when repairing my AC. Had to go back 4 times and they still couldn't get it right. 2 months later, it went out again and I took it somewhere else and they had to reroute all the AC hoses that Firestone incorrectly installed and fix numerous other mistakes that Firestone made. Never, ever again.

I stopped in the shop late on a Sunday afternoon (almost at closing time). I was desperate as my tire was completely flat. My tire is an odd size, so Devonte was going to need to order it. Ultimately, the tire had to be ordered through a different shop. Despite Devonte knowing that would likely be the case, he still offered to put on my spare free of charge. That’s called being a good human and Devonte nailed it!
Update on 6/7/24
I saw Dave (Manager of Vehicle Services) and his crew for routine maintenance at the Firestone on Oracle and Magee in Oro Valley. I showed up 40 minutes late for my appointment on a Friday afternoon and they were slammed with cars. Not only did they perform flawless service on my vehicle that evening, but they completed the work in one hour. I’m not sure if they have superpowers, but I’ll go with that line of thinking. Thanks fellas!!
