Fleet Feet is an amazing store. Their employees are so knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. They helped my daughter get fitted for appropriate running shoes and socks for cross country and answered every question she had. Also, their return policy is great. They really want to get their customers into the right shoes.

The customer service is ridiculous.
I've been reffing basketball of all ages for about 7 years now and my visit here was the first time I'd had my feet sized since I was a kid, had my entire foot 3d scanned and was giving SEVERAL shoe/insert options to find something custom fit to me. Amazing service

Fleet Feet carries a wide range of shoes for every walk of life that want to stay active. Carrie, ou expert attendant, not only was excellent, but professional, personable and patient as for an hour or more with my unique inserts and special needs found exactly the right shoes for me. For the first time in years I am walking normal and comfortably. Being 80 this year and having been a runner, biker and hiker I felt like I needed an extra boost to be able to at least bike and hike comfortably. Now I will be able to do so thanks to her expertise and care always listening closely to each nuance of my describtion of how each shoe felt. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 100. I have bought shoes for my son in Texas for years from this store, enabling him to work and run comfortably even though having plantar fasciitis. Thanks Again Fleetfeet and especially Carrie.

Fleet Feet provides an evaluation of a person’s foot anatomy and function and provides the best options for quality footwear for many different activities based on that evaluation. The service provided here is so much better than self-service of modern day that it reminds me of the locally owned quality shoe store of years gone by.

It was a great experience at Fleet Feet! When I walked in was greeted right away by Sara was given very personal attention she took her time with me to find me the right shoe. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the store.

The young woman I worked with was fantastic! She was honest about and very knowledgeable. We talked about what my issues were and gave me some advice. I’m so thankful because what she thought about my foot pain was spot on! Great experience.

My podiatrist recommended a certain brand of shoe and gave me the names of a few stores. I checked websites online and decided to come to Fleet Feet. The service was excellent as the sales person who knowledgeable and very helpful and took her time with me. I did walk out with a pair and now to wear around the house before I head outside. The only thing I didn't like was they only had 2 colors grey and peach. I went for the peach as I like something a bit different.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. This was my first time coming to the store and was greeted by Patrick right as I walked in. I needed new running/ walking shoes since my old ones desperately needed to be replaced. I was able to get my feet scanned so that Patrick could recommend the best shoes for my body and my needs. He was extremely knowledgable in the different technologies of each of the shoes I tried on. I left with a pair of Mizuno shoes and can already tell a massive difference in the comfort and performance of the shoes. I will definitely be coming back to Fleet Feet whenever I need to get new running shoes.
