This store is clean & the employees are very helpful. Their vegetables, queso fresco & meats are fresh & very reasonably priced.You walk in & go through the bakery. Fresh baked amazing smelling delicious pastry

Tres leches cake with fruit was a big hit with extended family. Not only are the cakes at Food City beautiful, they are delicious, fresh and moist. Decent prices on meat and the produce is always a great value. We don't have a Food City where I live, it's a little drive but so worth it.

I like the selection of foods they sell and the prices are reasonable. They had only 2 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon and the lines were very long but the cashier was extraordinary at her job and we got out ok

The only thing I didn't care for was I probably wouldn't shop there on a regular basis if there was just one entry in armed guard it just didn't feel right to me

Good quality of food, but store could be kept a little cleaner. Need more cashier's up front instead of only 1 or 2 people because it causes lines to build up very fast.

I just received the worst customer service at the deli. I was standing in line so the cashier saw me. She helped the customers in front of me and then walked away as soon as it was my turn. I then stood there waiting for her to come back with two other employee's standing there not attempting to help me. All I needed was a fork for my ceviche since they don't have them available on the counter. I had to literally interrupt the employee to asked for one because they ignored me. I then went to make my purchase and asked for a manager. As I waited one of the lovely employees that ignored me just a second ago was the manager. So I see black people are treated differently then Hispanics. I will never return to this location again. I love Food City but after this I see they don't treat every customer equally. Do better smh

All the carts were in the parking lot. They did open up registers when it got busy which was nice. Well stocked store.

Do not I repeat do not do grocery pick up here. The worst pick up experience not once but twice. Not only was my pick up 2 hours late from my reserved time, waited for an hour in the parking lot to be given the run around when asked for a manager. Got hung up on, called back to be laughed at after the facted I acknowledged to her that we got disconnected I get it things happen but once she abnoxiously busting out lauging that confirmed to me she did not have no common sense or yet any customer service skills well she was completely rude after I called her out on being unprofessional . Manager definitely needs more training as well. He said about 3 words to me did complely nothing both times. 2nd order ordered 83 items important items all day thing for me (tamales) and got nothing but 3 whole items back from the entire order. After getting message after message my order wasn't ready nobody was at the store. Mind you they were open. OK no more pick up for me here. To go in and see the items that i was denied sitting on the shelfs. Like whaaaaa! Then to be told the lane was closed that we were in, mind you I can barely move he can clearly see my cane and my bad leg, no 1 was behind us therefore he coukd have attended us well anyway we proceed to another lane no big deal just want to leave. To find out he was a manager who told us the lane was closed. Who continued to help multiple ppl after just saying to US he was closed. The nerve. I'll be sticking to my location from now on(spectrum). Worst location I've ever been to.

I suppose it would be wonderful if they had more bilingual signage. I understand that this grocery store has more hispanic shoppers, but even a Walmart right down the road has a more bilingual vibe.
