Extremely dissatisfied, employee was on her cell phone with her freind the whole time, and ignored us. 8/26/2024 about 5pm.
We had come in to look at the dress in the window, and we were going to buy it, but we chose not to because the girl at the store ignored us and stayed on the phone with whoever she was talking to. I'm assuming a freind because she was asking them if they were laying down.

My wife walks in at 5:45pm and the cashier says the cash register is closed already & you can’t buy anything… But you can look around if you want… really, maybe you should change your closing hours to 5:30 instead of 6:00pm

This was my first experience entering a Francesca’s boutique, and it was definitely my last. I had made some orders online, and had to make some returns due to not liking the way the clothing fit. I was actually confused as to whether they were even open when seeing the doors were closed. I had gone with my daughter in her stroller and was VISIBLY struggling to open the doors and push in the stroller (any mom knows this annoying dilemma). The store employees meanwhile did not care or offer to help. When entering, I went to the register and let them know I was there to make a return. The older woman who I assume was the manager was cold and unfriendly. When telling her I had made the order online, she requested I show her the receipt. Being accustomed to how most stores allow you to simply show the order number and email confirmation, I did not have it. It all ended up becoming a huge ordeal, especially after mistakingly telling her I believed I paid with my PayPal. Apparently, you can’t return in store if you pay with PayPal. Well, I ended up looking over my transactions and saw I paid with American Express card. However, she could not help me still because I had no proof and they apparently they had had an issue with someone else who said they had paid with PayPal , but hadn’t and the company ended up losing money. I even signed in to my Francescas account to show her the entire order history, but it was still insufficient because it did not say the payment method. Thank God my husband works from home and was able to find that receipt. After showing her and proving to her that yes, I paid with my A.E, was she able to help me. Overall, such a difficult experience to make a simple return. Everything still had the tags, I had the order number and screenshots of how much it all was, and even signed in to my Francesca’s online account to prove that I paid for it. Once more, super frustrating to go i through and I will not be shopping there again.

I have been to this store twice, they have really cute stuff, but I definitely won’t be coming back. The cashier was so rude and unfriendly, it even made me feel uncomfortable being there. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I purchased a couple items from this boutique and one pair of shorts I wore once and did a gentle wash mind you the item was NOT dry clean only and there is a huge hole in it now. For the price they definitely need to have higher end materials

Not crazy about the marketing of this shop anymore. I'm not quite sure who is buying this style of clothing. They have cut back drastically on their jewelry selection and the clothing, I wouldn't wear. So sad.
