As far as customer service goes, their service is great. But beware if you call to get a quote. Soon after you'll start getting so many calls about applying for loans. My guess is that they sell your information!! ?

I have not been here but I'm very happy with the service over the phone They offered the best rates they also compromised with requirements that my dealership dealership where I purchased my vehicle required. But unfortunately the dealership did not compromise with think it's insanyway anyway it would be too much to talk about I'm very satisfied with Fred Loya and their employees. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to Use what they have to offer I'm really upset about it so now I have to pay $0.10 a mile because there's no compromising and literally this car dealership that I went to as as wait until they ask me for the reviews on that please the people are great they're wonderful oh just wait You'll know if you pay attention to my reviews you will know

I previously had a cple try n brake check me o grant rd, n tried to get me to rearend them. Well I seen it happening.. n prevented it. Well they still tried to make a claim against me. 1st of all they reported the wrong kind of vehicle to my insurance agent, n lied about it all. I told my agent if she was truly my agent she'd know that's not the kind of vehicle I have insured w them, and that there issomeone trying to pull a scam on me. Tell me why a payment was issued to these pple, my account ends up getting frozen, n I am denied paying my bill over it. They obviously don't pay much attention to detail, what they're clients are driving, or when they're being scammed. Theres more too, but I'm going to handle that differently. Im not happy w the whole ordeal, n hope nobody else goes thru what I'm currently going thru over all this.. Its a disaster. Call Geico or State Farm. Spare urself the stress now..

I didn't renew my policy with them because although I've had NO TICKETS & NO ACCIDENTS they raised my rate by 20.00 dollars when it was time to renew (yesterday 10/20/22) The lady told me it's because the cost of living has gone up. I said okay, the cost of living has gone up so you guys raise your clients rates by making the struggle harder?? She flat out said YES. She also said it's because of for any future car repairs, I said Fred Loya insurance DOESN'T pay my car repairs and my car is under warranty with the dealership!! Don't go with Fred Loya insurance, THEY'RE A RIP-OFF!!!UPDATE: I called 3 different locations to test what prices each would give me. Well, guess what?? Now I REALLY know that they are full of it because one location (Prince) gave me a $130.00 price, and the second location at 22nd & Tucson Blvd first gave me a price off $122.00 and so I waited a couple of hours and called again, and the same 22nd/Tucson Blvd location gave me a price of $146.17 !! WOW!! They are some kind of piece of work!! Stay far away from Fred Loya Insurance!! They would rather lose customers.

Do NOT use Fred Loya / Rodney D Young insurance! Especially the location at Speedway and Kolb. Worst customer service experience ever. Raising my insurance by $75 after my 1st 6 months and blamed it on AZ. Did nothing to try and help me, would rather lose a customer.
