Nice clean store a one stop shop. But they need to reopen the bathroom so we dont have to wait for a clerk to finish what shes doing. Were usually in a serious hurry and dont have time to wait.

First of all, I can't believe how rude I need. It is. I walk into the store 5 minutes to 10 o'clock to get baby formula for my sick. Grandson would have been there earlier, but unfortunately we were at the c. R. Taking care of his medical situation. I asked if I could just get formula. She said no you need to leave were already closed, but it wasn't even 10 o'clock yet. She was very unprofessional, extremely rude. And didn't care the situation of an infant child. She just said get out of my store before. I call somebody to make you get out of the store as a manager. She should have some professionalism cancel decorum and she has none

I have been shopping at Fry's for the entire 6 years I've lived here and it's always been fine. Now I understand when something spills and you have to mop it up and keep people from walking due to a slip hazard. But the drill sergeant they had standing out there "protecting" customers from the "hazard" was incredibly rude and condescending. There's a way to speak to people and get your point across without making them feel stupid. I didn't get her name because I didn't even want to look at her anymore but she was probably in her 40s with long black wavy hair. Mistake hiring that one. Doubtful we'll be back. Safeway here we come!

Worst Customer service. Closest to my home but I am so very tired of dealing with them. My husband has MS & is full time in a power chair. He went into store to purchase the 3.99 coke on Oct 2. He could only carry 2 packs on his lap. We have a digital coupon for the 3.99 & on those 2 he did get that amount. He then went back for 2 more & was charged the full amount. He then went to Customer service & asked them to make it right. He was told that it had to be in one transaction. It was 5 minutes for him to carry out 2 & come back in because he could only carry 2 at a time. On a computer it says one time only. On a cell phone with digital coupons there is nothing that says that. But even so, where is the accommodation for the disabled individual. He doesn't want to set foot (wheels) in that store again. I am having difficulty walking which is why he agreed to go in. My take: not a good place for anyone with disabilities. He was told that he should have asked for help. He was penalized because he didn't.

This is not my "regular" Fry's, but was very near the Urgent Care where we had been.This location was clean and fairly well stocked (employees were already cleaning and restocking shelves at 8 p.m.) It was adequately staffed and they were friendly and helpful. My visit was brief as I plan to go to my regular store tomorrow for all my weekly groceries. I would definitely return to this store when needed.

I have shopped at this Frys for 9 years. Today, I have never been more insulted. Besides their horribly slow deli, Anita is the biggest mistake that store has made. She was incredibly condescending and rude to us today. Her customer service skills are lacking and she needs some training in people skills. Perhaps Anita would be better suited as a prison guard or dog trainer? Beware of Anita and beware of self check out. I made a mistake in which I asked the guy working self check out to help me. Anita actually threatened to call the cops on me for stealing. I was trying to fix the issue, not steal anything. Sorry, but if I am doing your job, you should be more patient. Then she says just leave your stuff here and leave, we don’t want your business. She was so rude and nasty. Saturday afternoon and there were two lanes open so I was forced to use self check out. She actually said, if you don’t want to ring up your own groceries, learn some patience. WOW!! She had no idea why I was in a hurry and she should not be speaking to anyone like that. Every year this store has gone down hill, but today made my Frys shopping obsolete.

Review updated ..I would move Frys to a zero stars if I could..... after all that they never did issue a refund a week later I reached out and it was never initiated . Just don't use Frys for your delivery or pick up period there is serious corporate issues that no single person can seem to fix.I love Frys but the delivery service is a joke. After placing a order for delivery on the Frys website at 7 pm (I know it was a bit late , I left a decent tip) It was delayed til 10:15 but I was just happy someone picked up the order and was gonna bring it. Around 9:30 the shopper started, she refunded cheese and water which could have been replaced. The app did not give me many options for changing substitutions just says refunded accept or don't. I didn't want to be a bother so I just approved the refund as she got 20/23 items. Around 10:10 Pm she pulled into the apartment complex but did not seem to be stopping near my building only driving around it. I texted her the address just to be sure and let her know I was available if she was needing directions. at 10:14 me and my daughter watched her pull out of the apartments and my order suddenly says complete. There was alcohol here so there should have been and ID check and I did not select to have my items left. I called Instacart at about 10:30 pm as Frys was closed, they could not reach her. I reported my order as not delivered and banned her from future orders to my address. So come this morning I call text and call Frys and was disconnected twice. The second time I used live chat I was told my order was delivered. When I informed them it had not the best she could do was a 7-10 day refund. Which is along time for those of us on a budget. I was offered and accepted a $30 credit which was less then half of my actual order, I would have rather just had my order sent out again. Unfortunately this isn't a option.* To add insult to injury for some reason you can only have one delivery every 24 hours, so I can not even use the credit to get more items delivered. I canceled the boost trial, I still like Frys for their products and sales but I wont do delivery again.

I recently had bilateral mastectomies and finally am venturing out alone. I needed help with heavier items and asked the associate to scan it. She was about to when the manager stopped her and told me I had to scan each item and put on the bagging area. By thus point I was almost in tears. I told her I needed help and had back issues. She walked away. I have not been back to Frys since.

I went with my boyfriend to pick up an order that was placed through the app. The employee came up to my boyfriend's car and banged on the window to get his attention. She then asked for the name on the order with an angry tone in her voice. She basically threw the groceries in the trunk of the car and slammed it shut. Afterwards, my boyfriend called the store to report this to a manager. After being on hold for five minutes, he got hung up on.

Shopping in person is fine but I definable would not recommend the home delivery service. Used it 3 times and every time my card was charged an unexplainable charge. Contacted customer service each time and was told a refund request would be submitted. It's been months and still no refund. Have contacted them numerous times and get the same excuse every time.

I placed an order online and picked it up later. When I got home and checked my receipt online, once again there were items that I did not order. The last time this happened, I contacted Kroger customer service via text and was reimbursed.I think this Fry's needs better shoppers and people who can read.nce again,

It's a grocery store. Pretty much like any other. However they have really good sales and deals fairly often. I went in the other day and everything in the store seemed to be on super sale. Went in for milk, bananas, and one other thing and left $80 dollars later with at least $150 of food!
