when your in line it's normal to do small talk with the cashiers but this one cashier name Zeetta was very rude and said that she didn't feel like talking and was very rude to my husband that is a very social person and talks to everyone, but this lady was talking under her breath and said "Oh My God" in annoyance to herself because my husband was saying something to the bagger not knowing that I can hear. When another worker came and my husband was talking to that other employee her mood changed and all of a sudden she was playing like she was a nice person and smiling, when that employee walked away Zeeta went back to being in her bad mood. Next time if you don't want to be at work then don't come to work or keep how ever you are feeling at home and do your job by interacting with customer or pick a different job where you don't have to deal with people. I will be sure do avoid her lane next time.

Don't leave your cart unattended for more than 20 seconds or Fry's employees will take the cart and or it's contents from you. This also occurs at the one on Pantano and Speedway. This past Friday, after a 12 hour work day, I stopped by the Fry's on 22nd/Kolbe and after getting my produce and a loaf of bread, I left my cart next to the canned foods. As I began to return I could see Fry's employees removing items from my cart. I stopped them and told how wrong I thought this was, but they argued that it was my fault for leaving the cart unattended for 20 seconds. Shouldn't this policy be posted at each customer entrance?

went in to buy soda for a party, needed alot of 12pks, I go in and first thing I do is check all the signs and NOT ONCE does it say anything about a limit, even looked for a worker to ask but since no one does their jobs at this store there was no one in sight, load up what I need and go to the self check out and the guy says there's a limit of 8, I inform him it says nothing about a limit anywhere and I need this for my party, he says he'll call the manager up, I waited for 5 minutes and no manage, he gets back on the phone walks over "I can only sell you 8" again I tell him no where does it say there's a limit, and like a rude little punk he says "so tell my manager" and walks away with my cart, I quickly reply "that p***y won't come out here", janky store with worthless rude staff, I'll never go there again

I've been shopping at this Frys for over 23 years, it was my neighborhood store as a child, i remember it so much differently than it is now..... Its taken multiple horrible experiences to finally wanna let people know, including corporate. This store IS NOT customer friendly. Last year i was accused of stealing a LARGE rack of ribs when i tried to return a spoiled package, i was humiliated with a line behind me as the package was scanned and the barcode did not show a sale.... I was so frustrated in trying to access which old phone number was linked to my account. I was laughed at while i cried in the front of the store for such an accusation from the Customer Service lady.... I WAS NEVER APOLOGIZED TOO AFTER I FOUND MY CORRECT VIP PHONE NUMBER AND GIVEN MY REFUND. Ive seen people literally walk out with carts and not be stopped, but here i am a long time customer being ridiculed because of the area they work. Fast forward to during the pandemic where I'm out trying to stock my family up, i have about 6 coupons to be used at send check out and 2 different ladies get in my space and take out my items individually out of my bags to match them to my coupons... Pre pandemic this wasn't even an issue and now these people are deciding they wanna put two extra sets of hands and germs on the items I'm taking back home, THEY JUST DON'T GET IT. Yesterday, was the last straw when the older Asian looking lady (i apologize if I'm not politically correct, i don't know how else to describe her) that works self check out (usually having a cough) was kind as I approached her station. Until i pulled out 2 coupons for 2 of my 3 items. 2 JERGENS COUPONS WITH NO COUPON LIMITATIONS. She refused them but i know the coupon policy (it was recently updated) so i asked for a manager. Because a manager should know the correct policy... Wrong! MS Front End Manager ALEX was just as unaware. ALEX PLEASE SEEK MANAGER TRAINING. I asked for my coupons back and to void the lotion. I was going to buy my milk but she walked away leaving me on a locked screen. I waited another 3 minutes and no one came over to help so i aborted my transaction, left my milk and headed out just in time to hear ALEX talking about me to the cashier at register 1 (she's not friendly either) ALEX YOU DISAPPOINT YOUR CUSTOMERS BY NOT KNOWING YOUR OWN POLICIES. YOUR STORE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND I DID CALL CORPORATE!!! I MADE A COMPLAINT AND I WILL CONTINUE TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY EVERY TIME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. BTW THANK YOU FOR BEING A MANAGER THAT LACKS THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IT TAKES TO WORK YOUR POSITION. FOR YOU MESS UP FRYS CORPORATE LOADED $10 TO MY ACCOUNT AND DOCUMENTED THE SITUATION. I WENT TO ANOTHER FRY'S WHERE I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO LOOK AT MY COUPON, SHE DID AND SHE TOOK THEM AND WE HAD A GOOD LAUGH AT HOW YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. Free lotion!!

I have not been to this one in awhile. It is good they have increased their selections. Yay! They are cleaner. Yay. So if you have not been to this location in awhile you will see some differences. That is a good thing! Some price offerings were better too! Yes today I was happier. I had stopped coming here because their selection was narrowing. Now it is expanding. Yay! There were no carts stranded in the parking lot so that means less dents to my car!

This is one of the larger Fry's restaurants in the Tucson area. It's well stocked and maintained, unlike many of the other stores. It feels like this location is a flagship store. I just wish that they paid attention to the other smaller ones the same way that they pay to this. Navigating the store is incredibly easy, especially if you have a disability. The aisles are much larger, and the navigational routes are better. Many other locations feel cramped in comparison.
