This is my spot! Love this place for my routine fill ups and energy shot in the morning! Fry’s prices with that gas station quick stop feel. They even have lottery and smokes! Woo! Fuel points add up and the bonuses are legit too. Fuel points are huge too!

The pharmacy is horrible. Prescription called in by doc- ignored for 2 days. Tribes to call- terminal hold. No good reason for ignoring GO Tao ANOTHER store! The store itself is always under stocked. Do not use instacart here unless you want all substitutions and your order won't be anything you want. This is a horrible store with rude employees.

Caveat Emptor!!! I picked up about 2 # of beef filet @ the local Frys the other day. It looked good in the package but after getting home and prepping it, the obverse side showed the large, hard pieces of fat and gristle that had to be trimmed. After trimming, the actual meat retrieved was about a pound. At 33 bucks Fry's should've done better!

Very rude employee named Brooke. I have gotten her as a checkout person the last few times I have gone shopping and she gets worse every time. It's getting to the point where I don't really want to shop here any more. Brooke is rude, condescending, and if you ask any questions, you will be met with a cold stare and silence. I know times are tough, but not treating customers like idiots should be customer service 101.

I did Apple map search for Key copy and it showed me something called KeyMe. It happened to be a kiss kind of machine inside the shop. So I decided to visit the shop itself after I scanned mi key. The machine itself was cool: it scanned and I paid money and I will send it to my address within five business days at the most. Cool invention. The place itself was clean the food was fresh in the bakery was great. There are a few other coffee shops and restaurants around it. It's a fun corner to be at.

This Fry's store has good service and provide a variety of products we need. However, the staff, including the manager, are not wearing masks because they are not to required to, one of the them said. Also, they are not limiting the number of shoppers and not enforcing social distancing. Not only the shoppers but also the staff doesn't seem to care and just ignore the news about corona virus. While in line, I asked the staff member behind me, who was doing her own purchasing, and another customer, to keep their distance. The staff member did after I asked but the other shopper looked at me and but ignored me. I think the store's attitude affects the customers' attitude. I strongly want the headquarters to manage this problem, to train and correct the stores, especially this location, for safety. The company should also provide masks to its workers. If not, I guess the whole company is managed as poorly as this store, and is not a safe place to shop.

I really like this Frys. I had thought that the last bunch of mgr's were terrific but have to say that the latest ones, and it has been two years maybe, as time flies and all that I can say that these are wonderful. I really like them all, This included Scott who is just great. The cashiers mostly are good. I especially like a cashier from Nepal names Jai. There is just one that is not polite to me, and she has seniority and they cannot fire her, because of the union. Kroger could improve the online surveys which are the worst in the industry, in my opinion. But the store and district mgr's can do nothing. The fact is the solution is for corporate to wake up. The only real complaint that I have is the lack of know-how to take care of the carts. And also to repair and replace them when needed. A little trick I know is to have a supply of batteries on hand, and the other is to maintain them with seat replacements when needed and also replace old worn out ones with new ones. And to have repairmen who are available and trained. Again this is up to corporate.
