One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to in my life and I’m 45. This pharmacy needs to be shut down completely incompetent people and incompetent pharmacist. I will be transferring all my prescriptions out of that pharmacy ASAP.

Friendliest staff ever! Very accomodating and caring. Saw a review that said there were druggies and homeless everywhere. Four years I have been going to this pharmacy and I just have not seen that. Frys is also a great place to shop.

Went to pick up my wife's inhaler witch was supposed to be ready on Monday. They don't care if she's haven a asthma attack they want her to go to a emergency room instead of rushing her inhaler . Told us wait an hour when been going her for years and always had the inhaler ready tops 20 mins I know they can rush it but decided to watch me get nervous over my wifes asthma .

Very pleasant experience, I needed to transfer my medication to this location, being a senior citizen, these things can become difficult but the ladies at this location were very helpful and pleasant, I want to thank Stephanie for going the extra mile, I'm glad my medication will be coming here now 🙏

Lynn is a terrible pharmacist. No empathy. Charged me for my prescriptions versus my insurance then refused to provide a refund when my insurance and the pharmacy rep told her she was in the wrong. She is stealing from customers and doesn’t care about the needs of others-which isn’t ideal traits as a health care provider.

For the love of God I don't know what they do at this place. I've literally have to wait for days before my prescriptions are filled. This is on going with them. Very sweet but poor service when you are sick and have medical problems. And there's always 3 to 4 employees ? I don't know Tucson well enough, but definitely have to find another pharmacy.

I hate to give 1 star, but this pharmacy sucks. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Sometimes I use the automated system to fill it, and then show up even hours after I was told it will be ready, and they have no record of me filling it. Without fail, my time is always wasted here.

Theres always a delay when they’re filling medication, it’s hard to fathom you can call in and be told a time your meds will be ready then show up 20-30 minutes after and they have not filled it and have incorrect information. This is a monthly occurrence as well. Think it’s about time to switch pharmacies unless you enjoy having valuable time wasted. My suggestion is go to any other pharmacy.

pharmacy is terrible, my meds were promised and delayed three times each time with different excuses. it’s a migraine med and i suffered terribly for a week. i finally gave up and called genoa. also when you call they put you on hold forever and let the phone ring and ring. i once counted 40 rings before they bothered to answer. they lost my business now.

Instacart who I am on a 2 month free trial charge me $ 33.18 for a 7 pound bag of iams mini chunks dog food. Most of my instacart drivers are good but to have a small bag of dog food delivered (I have 7 dogs this will not feed them and I used Instacart because I am down with the flu) and I am on a 2 month free trial so all these fees they charged me were a rip off. Well I learned my lesson I will shop for myself from now on no more Instacart.
