I really love the staff at this pharmacy. Fry's isn't even in my insurance network anymore but I keep coming here anyway for the generics and the coupon medications. The techs and the pharmacists are always very helpful with managing timing and cost of prescriptions, and explaining the medications. I wish Fry's would give them a larger space and more personnel, this is a high-demand area with low health literacy, and the staff needs support. When I see customers giving bad reviews, to me it's a sign that the corporation is sacrificing staff AND customers to maximize their own profit. I believe that most of us want to do our best at work and have a rewarding day.

Don’t bother making a pickup order. They’ll simply ignore it. Waited an hour and a half only to hear they hadn’t even started yet.

Directions were good once frickin maps let ME pick the Fry's I wanted. Inside the store isn't layed out like the others. A quick stop took 2x longer but I did eventually find everything

Takes forever to get your meds. They gave me one for the meds on my allergy list. I was poached while shopping by a pharmacy tech and explained my medical issues were too much but they aggressively kept going. I do not reccomend this pharmacy. I will be switching back to my old one.

Spent an hour and a half getting a prescription filled. At many points I felt I was not listened to (at one point they interrupted me before I could finish my sentence 3 times in a row). At the end, it turned out it was there the whole time. The tried to shame me for not sharing the appropriate details, when I had shared those details with them multiple times

I should have paid attention to the reviews. This has to absolutely be THE WORST PHARMACY EVER ! Staff are beyond rude and unhelpful, prescriptions are never available and have to wait 6 days to get it filled. JUST ALL AROUND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PHARMACY! DO NOT USE FRYS PHARMACY EVER PEOPLE! I learned the hard way unfortunately.

when your in line it's normal to do small talk with the cashiers but this one cashier name Zeetta was very rude and said that she didn't feel like talking and was very rude to my husband that is a very social person and talks to everyone, but this lady was talking under her breath and said "Oh My God" in annoyance to herself because my husband was saying something to the bagger not knowing that I can hear. When another worker came and my husband was talking to that other employee her mood changed and all of a sudden she was playing like she was a nice person and smiling, when that employee walked away Zeeta went back to being in her bad mood. Next time if you don't want to be at work then don't come to work or keep how ever you are feeling at home and do your job by interacting with customer or pick a different job where you don't have to deal with people. I will be sure do avoid her lane next time.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff rude, refills not ready on time. It takes up to 48 hrs to fill 1 prescription. Customer service nonexistent. Warning: Do not go here! ?
