I've been going to this Fry's pharmacy for bout 10 years and the last 6 years has got worse and worse.They are so rude and they don't care about the clients .They take days even week to fill a prescription.The pharmacists act like they don't want to there.They also have hung up on me when I've called more times then I can count.Ive spoken with store manager several times and he acts like they did no wrong.If I could I would switch but I can't. The store it's self isn't good either we have got bad food from there and I can't buy meat unless I use it thaday a even then there's times it's been bad

The pharmacist Mandy is one of the most disrespectful and dishonest people I've ever met. From questioning me why I haven't refilled my prescriptions in over a month to bold face lying to me about the availability of my prescriptions. I hope that Frys takes care of this matter, who knows how many other people this has happened to. Thankfully there are certain great employees there to help you as she is Definitely not one.

Dude with braids Steven at the pharmacy will STEAL your fuel points. When you go pick up your prescriptions, he will scan his loyalty card barcode that he takes out of his pocket. He has done this to me twice. 1st time I did not notice. 2nd time I input my alternate ID but system did not take it since he had already scanned his loyalty bar code before I did. Did not noticed this until I looked at the receipt.Imagine how many points he STEALS a day!! Wow. Do better Fry's.His loyalty last four is 5962.

I am disabled and needed assistance finding an item. I was sent to the wrong isle 4 times and gave up. When I checked out I noticed I was being over charged. When I asked for assistance the guy in charge of self check out told me I look at the wrong item. He did not take the time to go check for himself. It is the law to honor prices advertised. I went to check to see if I did make a mistake and I did not. I am disappointed in the lack of care these people put into their community. The manager I spoke to was kind and heard me out. She admitted they sent me to the wrong isle and told me where the item I was looking for actually was. Hopefully she fixed the price error and retrained her staff. I will never go here again.

So this store is terrible when it comes to customer service. It was only 7:30 pm on a Thursday and not one checkout lane was open aside from the self-checkout lanes. Granted i am pregnant with almost $300 worth of groceries in my cart so i was hoping i'd have some help. Instead when i asked if there was any way a lane could be opened so i wouldnt have to further strain myself, the clerk simply said "sorry no, were not opening lanes" with the smuggest smirk. Mind you there is already 2 huge lines in the self checkout lanes and im holding it back with all the stuff i have and now im worried that i strained myself putting all my heavy stuff in bags with no help. you have lost a great customer and will now be giving my business to Safeway who im sure cares about their customers accordingl.

Two stars pretty much nails this Fry's. I walked in around 7:30 PM on a weekday and the deli is pretty much shut down and being cleaned so only the dregs remain if you visit this late. A lone policeman stares you down as you walk in so I can imagine the clientele that requires a LEO on-site. In a clear contrast with CA stores, forget any pre-conceived notion of finding healthy food here. It's the produce section or nothing. Everything is mainstream, high salt, high sugar, high fat. On the other hand, that does mean lower prices and the staff are very friendly. Lots of parking in the huge lot outside. It's just a step down from a Fry's Food experience in PHX. I only went to this location because it was late (by Tucson standards) and it was the closest one to my hotel.

Unfortunately the customer service culture at this pharmacy is sadly very very poor and doesn't have the proper management team to either teach or advise this pharmacy how to run efficiently. Other Fryes pharmacies are well run, timely, and doesn't make mistakes

If I could give this place a negative zero review I would. The pharmacy staff and service is ridiculous! Extremely rude, absolutely not personable, obviously understaffed. The only reason I keep returning is because the drug store on the other corner is not any better and they don’t take my insurance. I really do hope that the higher ups see these reviews and do something to remedy the situation at this location. Very frustrating having to go to this location.

If I could give you a zero I would. I’ve called for the past 3 days for the phone to ring for 15 min then hang up (they NEVER answer). When I go there to get my meds 99% of the time they are not ready and I’m in line for well over 30 min. Then they get mad at me for not waiting for them to text me to tell me my meds are ready, sorry not sorry but when my meds are supposed to be ready on Thursday and it’s now Tuesday I’m going to come down and see what’s going on because your obviously not doing your job!! Everyone that works there is EXTREMELY rude and has no bedside manner at all. They should just shut this pharmacy down. I’ll be looking for a new one because anything has got to be better then this one. It’s not right to make people go without there medication when they are supposed to take it everyday because someone doesn’t want to do there job. Frys pharmacy you need to shut down or get rid of everyone in your pharmacy and hire reliable hard working people that are willing to help this community!

There was 4 people in front of me including handicap and elderly people in line in front of me and it took 30 min for the line to move 1 customer. There was 6 other customers behind me waiting in line as well. Total time waiting in line was 45 minutes
