Would not recommend if you are on any type of controlled medication. The female pharmacist Tina is very rude and will yell at customers. She will tell you that you don't need a prescription your doctor has prescribed. She will go as far as not filling your medicine on the day it's due because she feels no one needs pain medicine. Please if you or a loved one has cancer or other chronic illness that causes debilitating pain go some where else. If she does fill it she will make sure she takes 9 or 10 hours to fill it to where it is closing time and you cannot pick it up. They also like to close early and if you show up less than 15 minutes before they close you will get yelled at that they are closing

We come to this Fry's for a product we can only get here from back home in western NY. The store is ok, seems clean. It's more affordable than Safeway.

Public restrooms much better. I guess, I didn't know, that Thursdays 8pm to 830pm is "hookup time"
A friend in the sewing community said needle threading is taught there each week

When I visit there is only one Employee line working for check out. Self check out has 6 machines of which 3 work and the line is always extremely long and people get annoyed. Management needs to be fired.

Frys pharmacy on gol links and Kolb have always taken good care of me and done whatever they need to make sure I was taking care off

Every time I come to this store they disappoint me . It is impossible to download digital coupons, they don't honor the coupons that they send me in the mail , and the clerks and customer service desk are no help at all .

THE PAST FEW TIMES, ONE one of the Pharmacy techs has been a little rude , and making personal comments about the customer's family member. I realize they are under a lot of stress and and short of help because of their speciality. However, that's not my problem. If she prefers the customer wait until ALL of the prescripts are filled , then I suggest, she be more thorough in her text messages. rather than saying , your prescript. is ready. just a suggestion. Clear communication is an important factor.
