Alexis in the Pharmacy is a saint! So kind, patient and understanding. This pharmacy is clean and quaint in the corner of Fry's. The phone system was easy to navigate and the people were really friendly.

This store is so ridiculous. All they do when you call them is transfer you between departments until you get so frustrated on your fifth phone call that you give up and leave a review like this. I will never shop here because of this. You people can't just look up if you have an item. So I don't drive there for no reason like I did to 3 different fries the day before. I will never shop at fries again. Thank you for ruining my day

First of all, I can't believe how rude I need. It is. I walk into the store 5 minutes to 10 o'clock to get baby formula for my sick. Grandson would have been there earlier, but unfortunately we were at the c. R. Taking care of his medical situation. I asked if I could just get formula. She said no you need to leave were already closed, but it wasn't even 10 o'clock yet. She was very unprofessional, extremely rude. And didn't care the situation of an infant child. She just said get out of my store before. I call somebody to make you get out of the store as a manager. She should have some professionalism cancel decorum and she has none

Worst Customer service. Closest to my home but I am so very tired of dealing with them. My husband has MS & is full time in a power chair. He went into store to purchase the 3.99 coke on Oct 2. He could only carry 2 packs on his lap. We have a digital coupon for the 3.99 & on those 2 he did get that amount. He then went back for 2 more & was charged the full amount. He then went to Customer service & asked them to make it right. He was told that it had to be in one transaction. It was 5 minutes for him to carry out 2 & come back in because he could only carry 2 at a time. On a computer it says one time only. On a cell phone with digital coupons there is nothing that says that. But even so, where is the accommodation for the disabled individual. He doesn't want to set foot (wheels) in that store again. I am having difficulty walking which is why he agreed to go in. My take: not a good place for anyone with disabilities. He was told that he should have asked for help. He was penalized because he didn't.

I appreciate how quickly I was able to get my prescription and the staff at the pharmacy seem very good at what they do however I would not go back to this location. The store and parking lot are crazy which is totally typical for a Fry's but there is no drive through pharmacy to help moms or those who are disabled. When I asked the pharmacist if there was a drive through for the pharmacy she replied \\\"No, thank God!\\\" It may make it better for her but it certainly doesn't make it better for so many other's who struggle and need that feature. I will go back to the Fry's on Pantano and Speedway.

Very mixed experiences... some staff are friendly and efficient, some are snippy and slow.... Be aware they have a lunch break at 1PM so they probably won't help you beyond 12:45....

Did a great job on giving my boy a covid booster. Had a horrid experience 20 minutes earlier trying to have a walk-in shot on Frys on 22nd and Kolb they told me we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for approval and to get the shot ready. In and out in 25 minutes because we had to wait 10 after the shot.

This Fry's location is just down the street from me so I shop there often. I had my medications changed from Target to Fry's. BIG mistake that took me several weeks to fix and back to Target. My food shopping experience is average with selections slim during late afternoon hours. A plus at this store is a check out clerk who might actually speak to you while you spend your money.

I stopped in to get my 30 day supply of food and water and other supply's . The place was clean inside and outside of Fry's and the staff were friendly . Every one should get there 30 day supply of food and water. Because of the supply chain and the debt ceiling and the Goverment shut down on 12/03/2021.

Fry's Pharmacy at E22nd/Harrison is AWESOME!!! The staff are knowledgeable and personable. It has a small pharmacy feel because the staff remember names and are always kind. The staff ROCK because they treat you as an individual and are so helpful. I LOVE Fry's Pharmacy at E22nd/Harrison.

Went to Frys on 22nd and Camino Seco. And I'll never go back. That Frys is extremely run down. The produce area had a real funky smell, the produce was over watered and mushy. The lettuce was all brown and wilted, the apples has small holes in them. The floor was dirty and it's not like they were busy it was 11am so someone should have cleaned up from the day before right? I won't be returning to this store anytime soon.
