Fry's Pharmacy in Tucson is a full-service pharmacy offering vaccinations, prescription refills, and medical supplies. The pharmacists provide health advice, clinical services, and administer vaccines including flu, shingles, measles, and Tdap. Prescriptions can be managed easily with convenient online tools for transfers and refills. Customer experiences vary. Many report friendly, helpful, and professional staff who provide great customer service, take extra steps to help, and answer questions thoroughly. Some describe it as one of the better pharmacies in town, with useful features like auto pay and fuel points. However, operational consistency is noted as a concern. Some customers find it can be poorly run or understaffed, leading to delays in processing prescriptions, medication stock issues, and wait times. While staff are generally kind and resolve issues like billing problems quickly, efficiency can depend on the day. Despite occasional delays, it is often recommended over other local pharmacy options.
I've had all my prescriptions filled at the Speedway and Pantano location for almost 30 years. Rarely have any problems and the staff are always helpful. Very reliable. Won't go anywhere else.

I just started using this store in October of last year due to moving and I've had the best experience with the pharmacy and with the staff in the grocery area. All are friendly and are helpful.

It would be nice if you can't fulfill the script by the time that was told to me, to at least call and say it will be delayed. So when I arrived I had to wait for another two hours. It was painstakingly annoying.
