I've had all my prescriptions filled at the Speedway and Pantano location for almost 30 years. Rarely have any problems and the staff are always helpful. Very reliable. Won't go anywhere else.

The staff was kind but it seems like a poorly run or understaffed pharmacy. My husband’s prescription was sent in on Monday. It wasn’t typed and processed until Tuesday. The medication was out of stock and they didn’t get their next shipment until Friday, told it would be ready by noon Saturday. It was not ready for pick up when I arrived a little before noon Saturday. There was also a billing issue, but they fixed it right away when I called. Like I said overall kind staff but they need more staff in order to run efficiently.

I just started using this store in October of last year due to moving and I've had the best experience with the pharmacy and with the staff in the grocery area. All are friendly and are helpful.

Being told that my prescription would be ready at a certain time, showing up twenty minutes after said time and then being told your prescription will be another forty minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I verified the time because I don't have my own vehicle.I have to borrow or rent one. Today's date is October 17,2024 at 11:55

If I could give less than 1 star, I think I might. Don't go to this pharmacy if you actually want to get your prescriptions. I called in two months ago and was told they would contact my former pharmacy to get my prescriptions transferred over. (I had to switch due to insurance changes). I began trying to pick up a medication I need two weeks ago to find no one had ever followed through, but I was told it would be done in two days. In the past two weeks I have called 6 times, stopped by 4 times, I am 2 days off my medication, and no progress has been made. I regret giving them so much time and so many chances, because every promise and reassurance I was given was false. It will likely be quicker to start over at a different pharmacy than to give them more time.

Easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in the entire USA… they’re not just incompetent, they’re purposefully negligent at their jobs. They management at the Fry’s needs to be fired. There has to be better qualified people out there JFC

Was told they gave my inhaler in stock and ready to get to me in about a hour, I leave, come back a hour later, to pick up a much needed inhaler, to only be told they DONT have any inhaler and won’t for several days and can’t send the script anywhere else leaving me short of breathe for several days. Thank you fry’s pharmacy, now please close down

Horrible customer service,, been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days I am having serious withdrawal symptoms bc u ran out of my antidepressant and they messed up my order and will not answer the phone!!!

It doesn't get any worse than this. I was told that my son's seizure medication would be ready 48 hours ago. I went to pick his medication up today and was told it wouldn't be ready for another hour. Thankfully, I know how these people are so I called the prescription in early. This is not a controlled substance. There was no valid excuse for this. The only answer I got was they were 2 people short. You have been warned. There are better pharmacies around here who care and make their patients health a priority instead of making excuses.

I’m pretty sure this is literally the worst pharmacy in Tucson. I have now been here 3 times today and blatantly lied too over and over again. I really hope you all can pay for the fines that are about to incur

It really depends on what day you go to this fry's pharmacy. Some days, you get lucky and have wonderful people. Other days, it seems like everyone is there just for a paycheck. You win some. You lose some. I would definitely recommend over the Walmart pharmacy if you have a choice. I actually transferred my whole family's prescriptions to this pharmacy from there.
