I came in to the FYE Store at the Tucson Mall looking for the Weeknd's Starboy Deluxe Edition CD with Remixes. Hailey helped me find this CD in the CD Section. I really appreciate her help and she displayed excellent customer service skills.

The employee at fye signed me up without my knowledge for a payed magazine subscription service. Don't shop here you will get charged for things you didn't consent to.

Highly overpriced figures and plushies
Most of the figures they sell are prize figures or mass-produced scales and not worth the price tag they have on them. The plushies they sell are also prize plushies or much cheaper elsewhere. Please use buyee or proxy sites to buy overseas, youll find mikue figures, bleaxh, naruto etc figures for dirt cheap there <3
Also, when did we start pricing ramune and tea bottles at almost $13?? When most markets here have them for $3?
Almost passed out in the store when seeing a kuromi plushie be $50, like, miniso is right across the mall, go there for sanrio stuff please guys!

Won't shop here again. Teenage daughter bought a CD but when she opened it the disc was missing. I called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to help me because I was already 35 minutes away. Man on the phone said to bring it in and he would help me out. Drove the 35 minutes back WITH my receipt showing I had just purchased it an hour ago just for the manager in charge to tell me he couldn't help me and he wasn't the one who answer the phone. Why would I waste my time and gas to steal a $20 CD? I just wanted my teenager to get the CD she paid for! Lousy customer service especially since I called ahead. Don't even think the guy said sorry. If you buy a CD go ahead and open it there in the store in front of the manager to ensure you aren't scammed like I was.

BUYER BEWARE - Google "FYE scam" and read all the reddit threads and consumer affairs reports. ONLY USE CASH AT THIS STORE AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. They will sign you up to a scam subscription service and magazine subscription without your consent. - This was a cool store and there were some good deals, but the guy at the counter tricked me. He told me if I gave him my email and phone number for their rewards program I can save 10%, which I did. Little did I know that this was a monthly paid subscription and they also sell your information and sign you up for magazine subscriptions that you need to cancel separately. The website has the tiniest little link that you need to find "Where's Waldo" style in order to cancel, and when you find it they say that they are in the process of canceling it and will email you when it is processed, but will never email you back. You need to CALL and even then they try all sorts of tactics to get you to not cancel with them. Absolutely crazy.

Joey was friendly and helpful when we asked for the location of a specific T-shirt and even went to the back to get more sizes for us. Great employee! Also learned that signing up for an account gets 10% off as well as discounts to other shopping stores. By the way, I learned that FYE is an acronym... "For Your Entertainment"!

Was lied to about membership fees and was pressured to sign up after stating that I didn't want one and then being told there were no fees. I called customer service who tried to sell me more things instead of fix the issue. I liked the products but my friends and I will not be shopping here in the future after this. Lying to your customers just to get your numbers up so you don't get canned is pathetic. This place has wasted my time and my money.
