Jamie is five stars. I ended up on her schedule after another stylist rescheduled me THREE TIMES in three days (minus one star for this). My hair is exactly what I wanted. It looks even better than expected. She works very quickly and pricing was fair. I’ll be back to see her again.

I love my pedicurist, Araceli. I first came to Gadabout over 15 years ago because I trusted them to use sanitized equipment and do a great job. I discovered Araceli soon after and she does terrific work on not just my toes but she does a nice foot and leg massage with a sugar rub. The staff are all really nice.

I recently had a Skin Authority facial at the Oracle Gadabout with Tina “magic Hands” can’t say enough about how great it was! She was so kind and knowledgeable about the brand and their new regenerative growth factor technology! I walked out glowing, relaxed and less wrinkled ❤️? GO! You won’t regret it ??

Sylvia is the absolute best! She’s very attentive and listens to your needs, and very personable. I loved mine and my daughters hair so much I hugged her! I also cannot say enough good things about Armando. He was very helpful and patient with a color correction on my daughters hair.Also Meglouise is one of the Managers there and she has the best personality and customer service skills that you could ever want! She actually cares about your happiness! All 3 of these people are an asset to Gadabout and I highly recommend going there.

I made an appointment for haircut/style weeks in advance. I was looking forward to getting my hair done but on the day of my appointment I get a call in the morning saying they needed to reschedule me so it was reset to different time with different stylist. As I was on my way to the appointment, I get a call again saying stylist who was going to see me had a big project so she can't see me but will rebook with someone else. I was very disappointed at that point. I get a call again saying stylist they had rebooked me with after all will be able to see. So I get to the location and the front end manager comes over and said not intentional and started to defend her position. She ruined it for me. I asked to speak to GM but was told she is in the meeting. As l left after my appointment I call the GM again was told gone for the day and will have her call me around 9:00 next morning. It's almost 4:00 next day and still haven't heard from the GM. I was treated very poorly. Very unprofessional.

I was so excited about coming here and getting a new haircut. My stylist was really friendly at first. I showed her pictures of my hair from the past and told her exactly what I was looking for. When she was done it just looked really, really round. Like a helmet. When I asked her if she could thin it out a bit to take away some of the roundness, she did and it looked better. It only took her a minute, I thanked her a bunch, but she became really defensive. I apologized and tried to take the weird away, but she became cold and rude. I've never experienced this. Usually hairdressers are excited about giving you a hairdo you like and want to help you achieve it. Now two weeks later all I have is a bad memory and a haircut that's not growing out well, and all this for a price that didn't match my experience.

They're great but expensive. I always get good service but it is expensive usually comes out to $200 for highlights, cut, and style. Often they upsell too with the hair condition treatment. It's hard to say no with our dry weather.

I love Peter! He always does a great job on my hair with haircuts and color. I really recommend him.One thing I dislike with the salon is, the system that they have for tips. You have to pay separately with app and get charged 0.60 for using it. Their system doesn't allow to tip directly from your credit card. Now days, people don't carry much cash with them. This should be fixed. I was never told about their system until I went to pay.

Elaine is so friendly and always gives me the perfect cut! I have had to cancel on short notice twice due to family emergencies, and the staff has been understanding and accomodating. I love Gadabout.

I had color stripping and hair color back in February. Jamie did a fabulous job and she seemed very knowledgeable. I went in last week of April for consultation to see if I could get a perm. The hair stylist examined my hair and said it should be ok. So a week later on 5/2, I went in for a perm and was told the management wants me to sign a waiver for hair damages. Long story short, the consultation had no meanings and was a waste of time in this case and they should have minimally called or texted me if there was an issue different from the consultation so I would have an option of ‘to do or not to do’.While I am at it, the company does not allow to add tips on credit cards and do not give cash back on debit card either, so you have to have cash on hand for tips. I was not aware of this policy, so I had to drive to bank and back to give cash tips. Imagine the busy traffic on Oracle….never heard of a service oriented businesses not allowing to add tips on the bills…I was told they usually inform the clients when appointments are made of this policy. Well, obviously I was not informed of such!! Customers’ conveniences and their time should be respected while the company has its interests protected as well.

I LOVE everything about the salon/spa from walking into the door to their WONDERFUL customer service and the knowledge of the stylists and just how they care and provide top notch comfort unlike a lot of other salons in Tucson.I have been a client/guest since 2007.The high end Wella color they use actually works to cover my white roots.

Do not go to Sylvia... I asked for 2-3 inches off and some face framing and left with 7-10 inches cut off and SHORT side bangs instead of framing (not because I changed my mind). Had to try to fix it at home myself and could not have been more dissappointed...
