TL;DRThree out of five stars for quick and functional work, but with inflexible customer service and shortcuts taken in servicing your hardware that doesn’t measure up to the price.Like most customer service issues, the problem is usually not the initial issue, but the reaction to it. I brought my joycons in with a custom shell replacement to have installed. The turnaround was pretty quick, less than 24 hours. The price seemed appropriate at the time. However, the directional buttons were arranged differently. I fully admit outright this is small, and simply cosmetic - but I had supplied my own parts and paid decent money to have the customizations installed. I addressed it at pickup, hoping I could leave it there for another day to be fixed. The real issue came when the technician told me that the buttons could only fit (and operate) in that particular array. Even after I showed him pictures of the disassembled parts button pieces, to demonstrate they all can easily interchangeably rotate, the technician again dismissed it as inaccurate suggested I take any issue up with the manufacturer. I felt like I was being waived out of the store.I took it home, and fixed it myself. There was no issue whatsoever rearranging it. Alarmingly, I discovered several screws had not been replaced inside the controller. I am grateful the shell kit I ordered came with extras, and I was able to replace them myself. Disassembly was a little time consuming, which is why I originally paid to have someone else do it. But moving the two buttons around was simple, so either the technician genuinely did not believe you could rotate the buttons to fit in the various slots, or he did not want to spend the time and effort that I eventually had to. I was originally happy with the price, but was disappointed first when I had to spend more time on top of the cost of the service, and again when I discovered missing screws. I could have done the full replacement myself - but preferred to hire it out. Given everything I have described, I do not believe I got the value I paid for. Pictures included to demonstrate that yes, rearranging the buttons was possible.

I heard about this place from a friend. I was having trouble with my PS5, so I brought it here to get it fixed. The prices were a bit high, but when I learned that had to do something to the motherboard, I understood the price cost. They had it done within a day, and I got my PS5 back in better condition I gave it them in. And while I waited for the repair to get done, I found that I could use their arcade in the store (Which was amazing prices btw), and I could go explore the rest of Tucson Mall. This is probably the best place to get a repair done for anything just due to the quality and the comfort levels.

Cool arcade games and decor, but BUYER BEWARE! This store sells common NES games like Tiger Heli and Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt for $40-$50 when they are normally significantly cheaper at other stores or even online. Clearly just trying to cash in on misinformed people who think that something old should be worth a lot just because it’s old. Modern games also way overpriced, common Xbox 360 games for the same insane markup.

Phone screen repair. Took it in, they had to order the screen. Said it can take up to 5 days. They called me the next saying it was in. Estimated hour to hour and 1/2 repair. They were done in 45 min. Looks great, works great. Would definitely return. I never give 5 star reviews.

So here is the catch 22.How many places actually work on consoles? Not many. I called and was told they could look at it and give me an estimate and day. Then when I got to the store I was told I needed a deposit. Deposit was $30. The work was done quickly and my device works. So that's great! The not so great was the customer service. Young kid, likely 18 was working the front desk, I walked in at around 2:10pm on Monday the 18th. I stood in front of the kid for about 3 minutes before he noticed I was standing there. He looked up and said "oh. Did you need something?" As if I'd be standing there looking at him for no reason. He had no information on the repair process or time frame. I was told on the phone by someone else that it would be same day diagnostic, kid said no one could work on it today at all.Didn't give me a receipt or any proof I dropped my console off. Only took my phone number and said they'd be in contact. I felt really nervous leaving my device without proof. Especially when he just put it in a stack of other devices. He seemed bothered that I asked for a receipt.Got a return call at 11am next day saying they can't fix it, only replace the motherboard, for $130 minus $30 deposit. They'd have to source a motherboard and get back to me.I picked it up next business day and the person who helped me was immeasurably better at customer service. We're it not good the pick up and speed I would have given them a 2 star.Overall satisfied and for anything I can't fix in the future, I'll try somewhere else before coming here. But they do the work and quickly, so there is that
