Came in before work and as soon I came in the door the employee ask me if I’m looking for something particular I said no. I’m looking around. Then he said after I help this guy I gotta go to lock up for lunch. What kind of customer service is this. I guess this GameStop don’t want paying customers in the store. He just want food. And dont want to make sales.

This game stop is already, you'll get like a buck 50 for all your games, they'll sell your pre-order before you get a chance to pick it up but the cashier is cool and the figures are decent

BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING!! Employee RONALD signed me up for the Gamestop Pro membership without my consent. He asked me for a phone number, I gave him my boyfriends (who already has an account), and he explained that I would be getting points for my purchase. I didn’t realize it in the moment but he had agreed to the terms and conditions without my consent on the card thing facing away from me, so I didn’t not see it. Never did he mention the pro membership or its benefits until after I paid, to which I was super confused because I did not sign up for anything, I thought my bf was just going to get points for the purchase. This was deceitful and gross and I will not be shopping at Gamestop anymore. Taking advantage of your customers is ugly.

Helpful staff, store is well kept and has about anything a gamer could need. Aside from consoles and games, tons of collectibles. Trading cards, figurines, plushes, cosplay accessories, t-shirts, hats, you name it, they've probably got it. Even saw a Star Trek pizza cutter.

Awesome store with friendly staff. Great source for trading cards like yugioh and pokemon. Went in for some card sleeves and bought a couple blister packs that ended up giving a quarter century rare!

GameStop - On 22 December 2023, at 7:59PM I purchased a PS5 COD MWIII Bundle Slim Ed from GameStop Westpoint Crossing (1197 W Irvington Rd). Receipt in hand. PS5 has been unopened. In 24 hours, we decided to exchange it for a Nitendo Switch (smaller controller size would be better for our 4 yo son). I went to another GameStop closer to my house (9525 E Old Spanish Trail #117, Tucson, AZ 85748) to return it for a Nintendo Switch. This GameStop notice the SN from my receipt and the PS5 SN is completely different. I’m on camera buying it, this PS5 is unopened. Current store calling the selling store, they have no record of this PS5 in box (after checking the log books). I will be going back to the selling store to talk to the manager. This has literally ruined my Christmas with my family in more ways to explain.

Check your used games before you leave this place. I bought my son Spider-Man 2 got home packed it up and forgot about it because it was a Christmas gift. When my son actually got to open it it was NOT Spider-Man 2 it was the Miles Morales Spider-Man game. Really threw off my sons Christmas and had him feeling like we got ripped off I then had to come in pay extra money to buy the game again this time new and unopened
