Been coming here for over a decade. The new gen z staff is useless. I ordered three games one to be sent to the store and two pre orders. The game sent to the store was canceled on the day of delivery due to a wrong address. The guy who works here sometimes fixed it and got me my game the next day. My first pre order the didn't get sent it. The staff member that day got so flustered she was useless and tried to order the game again. I had her call then other stores to see if they got it instead. After a protest she did and shockers they had my game at another store. The third game they actually got but the employee was so rude I felt like I did something wrong just by buying from them. They don't know how to communicate at all and if there's a problem shut down. Just because something went wrong doesn't make it your fault but it is your job to fix it. Save yourself the trouble just order it on Amazon.

I will never order anything on line form then again or have anything shipped online from them it takes about two weeks to get one thing when they said a couple days ridiculous

It is 8::32 and the store is closed. Drove 30 minutes to get a game that this store was the only one that had it.

Came in around 12:15 for a wii controller, man gave me great advice that it didn't work with motion mechanic games, I wish he had rather instead of cutting me off and shutting me down with how it WILL NOT WORK and that it only works for wii store game that is now disabled. Instead of shutting me down, see about what other games I'm interested in like windwaker that doesn't need the motion mechanic system. Man was just obnoxious and loud and what seemed like a booming voice in a library when talking to you. 1/10 will visit other locations.

This game stop is noisy since next to them is a hit fitness. Kinda of a smaller GS but really the store has good help.

Went into the store today. Tyler took care of me. He was very nice and fast. Gave me all the best advice and help. Got a new controller headset and controller grips. He is an asset to the company and community. He needs a promotion or at least a raise. I almost offered him a job at my company.
