Walked into this location looking for some Pokemon cards. I asked the employee who was on their phone what they had in stock for Pokemon cards, seeing very clearly they sold them here as there is a whole box of loose cards in front of him. He proceeds to say "we don't have any" and looks back at his phone 🤷♀️

Management is horrible new pokemon set got released and my teen son waited in line for 2 hours before a lady comes out a hands the first few customers a piece of paper that grants there packages and says you can come back anytime later to claim or wait another 30 minutes to opening. needless to say that paper didn't mean anything and they dishonored it.

This store is horrible they bait switch you and hold consoles… this store needs to get investigated they have some very fishy and unprofessional employees no ownership.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! got help from a guy named sullivan who told me he couldn’t help me find the new mortal combat and then turned around and helped the person behind me find exactly what i was looking for. was also extremely condescending to me for no reason
