I received an email stating that my package was ready for pick up and come during their open hours but was turned away due to electrical issues. The woman I spoke to, Rachel, was very rude and told me that waiting another 10 to 15 minutes was "not the end of the world." I am shocked at the level of customer service. I have always been a loyal Gap customer and am extremely disappointed.

I went into Gap to look for a few things for my son. Upon entering, all you could see are large dust bunnies all over the floor. It was not clean what so ever, but we proceeded to the back of the store so I could look at the clearance section. When I got there, the clearance section was completely in disarray, so my 2 year old son sat down in front of a fixture. (I was kneeling not even a foot in-front of him looking through the clearance. ) when a sales associate comes over and scolds him for sitting down next to a fixture. I got up at that point and moved areas where she began taking pictures with her personal phone. I immediately left and walked back in the find a number for corporate where the manager refused to give me the information and said she "didn't know" where I could find the number or anything. I found the number walking out of the store and made a complaint. Gap has officially lost my business.
