Stopped in to get $10.00 of gas just to get to a cheaper place near my house, they put a $100.00 hold on my card around noon. I didn't know that they would do this, so I had lunch and found that I couldn't pay for my lunch, tried to get them to release the hold and was told it couldn't be done, my lunch was taken care of by the management of the restaurant, so I'm going to pay that forward. I was told that it could take up to 72 hours before I can access my money. I will never go to any speedway store again.

I enjoy going to speedway, especially by my house . They are always nice and very respectful.

This place is a joke. I went in and filled up 2 glasses i had 2ith ice and water and then bought 2 new sodas as well. Paid, then as i was loading them into car one of the sodas tipped and dumped all over my floorboard. I went right back in and explained what happened and asked if i could refill it. The new employee looked to the manager who said she would charge me for another soda. That is total bullshit. Any other gas staition would of let me refill it as it was an accident but not this one. I use to buy 2 to 5 sodas a day from this place but not anymore. They have seen the last penny i will ever give them. Go anywhere else as they understand what customer service actually means.

Came by after work to buy something to drink as I was thirsty. The lady at the register said she couldn't take my quarters because she had to many. I laughed thinking it was a joke. She said no I'm serious. I had paper money with some quarters. I said are you joking? She said no I can't take quarters. I don't know, what do you think?

This gas station is consistently “closed for cleaning and stocking” and it’s so frustrating when you stop for quick service and have to go elsewhere. I stopped going to this location for months - and recently tried going again only to find a closure for over 20 minutes.

Don't gas up here if you pay for company gas an need a receipt. They will not print one for you if the pump fails to print it. They told me they can't do it inside so oh well. Place is pretty ghetto to boot.

Lady with white hair working the night shift tonight was very kind, caring and helpful. Living in Tucson can be a bit scary at night especially with the beggars around guilting people into giving them money. Heart goes out to you girl, you're a very brave woman and thanks to you I got home without being further harassed.

I went in to buy cigarettes I asked for a skeciduc bra d. The associate pointed to the wrong brand, I stated again the brand I wanted that was early marked and stocked. She again pointed to a different brand and I once again repeated the brand I wanted. She asked me if I had a problem and told me to leave. I told her she had the problem since I had to keep repeating myself. She started crying and the manager threw me out of the store. This is OUTRAGEOUS INCOMPETENCE. not my fault your associates can't read the clearly marked signage in your own store. Filling a complaint with the company.

I bought gas here at 6:15 a.m. on 5/13/22 after I discovering Cost / Price Club didn't sell gas until 7 a.m.. The day is half - over by 7! Thanks Speedway Gas ($.28 cents less than the grocery store) and their fake fuel points - on 22nd next to the Golden Arches!

No stars. I needed help. My car had a slow tire leak, and the CC Machine wasn't working on the Air Machine. I asked for assistance and the manager in training, female, with mole above her lip, told me to use coins and have a nice day. In truth, she was very rude and did not want to help. Most gas stations come with a button for emergencies, and she refused to do anything. That's what the button is for, and I recently found out she makes commission from the sales generated from the air machine. She also refused to give me the Office Number or any information. She needs to be removed and it will happen, legally. I will be filing a report with the city, home office and notifying the owner, if there is one to talk to. I was also told she allows the homeless ppl to store their stuff there and hide Fentanyl and in trade as well. Many witnesses have come fwd with complaints on her regarding the drugs that pass through there. The police will be notified, and this is just the beginning. Until she is fired from there, I will make sure she understands what the word help means and not to be rude or favor people. When someone needs help and there is a lot more to the story than I am going to share, she needs to be a better person. I hope she sees this and if she denies, she must remember, there are witnesses and people she has dealt with that don't keep their mouths shut.
