I've been getting my nails done for years, so this is by far the worst nail shop in tucson. It's the first time I came. The customer service was poor they have a child working on nails who doesn't know what she's doing. The final and last time I will be ever entering their establishment. I was told to come back for an appointment.Then my appointment wasn't honored. Horrible business run ladies they ain't the one.

First time there, was in area and they squeezed me in
Lisa was my tech and my manicure/pedicure was excellent
My feet and toes never looked and felt so good! No half done job or crooked shaping of my fingernails or toe nails
I absolutely would request her and I definitely would go back!
It’s so hard to find a good nail place and hope she doesn’t leave because worth the drive there!!

My real nail on my ring finger was cut as my old nails were being taken off and had to be glued back together and my nail length was shorter then the picture also the person could not do design and did not tell me to begin with when I showed the photo I will show what I asked for and what I got I was very upset I had to pay 60$ for this considering these were supposed to be for my birthday I never left a salon crying before today I was embarrassed just to go get food after for fear of someone actually seeing my nails

Very professional techs,took their time and did a great job.I broke my ankle recently and was anxious about someone touching it .Tech was gentle and did a great job. Will definitely continue to go back

Took my 4 yr old granddaughter because she loves it they completely ruined her experience I had never seen such rudeness they didn't even give her the color she picked and the lady grabbed her arm discussing how they treat kids.

They over charged me for my pedicure, when I asked them why they charged 60$ to my card instead of 45$ they acted like they misunderstood. Also, when I asked them to break my twenty in cash, they gave me two 10$ bills, when I asked for four 5 dollars bills, and when I asked to break the ten to tip, they acted offended. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with staff there, and I will never come back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Just plain awful all around. My regular shop is closed Sundays and I had an event. Checked and this one was near were I was running errands and open. I called made an appointment for 30 minutes ahead. Showed up and had bad vibes immediately. I really should have left when I saw how unclean it looked. Anyway the manicure was sloppy the paint was applied super light. The gal just didn't know what she was going. She forgot to even put Lotion on me and awkwardly tried after the nail polish. I was looking at her li k e are you out of your damn mind. But i bit my tongue. She looked about 15, I'm guessing it's a family shop either way not experienced. I ended up redoing my nails at home myself. A waste of time money and annoying. Never again.
