Everytime I go here to donate, it’s like I’m bothering them. No greeting, no have a nice day. If this place wasn’t so convenient, I would take my donations elsewhere

Cool that you can drop donations but staff is rude. I was 7 at the time and a worker gave me some change bc I was picking up trash. Then another person came out later and yelled at us.

This is the last time I donate at this location. If you’re interested in receiving a handful of attitude I’m sure Jacob will be ready at the door. When I addressed his attitude his response was “ived been alone all day”… so you’re taking it out on myself and my husband? Specially when someone comes in and is in a great mood and greets you perfectly fine

I had a load of items that I had gotten in a storage locker auction that I had no use for, so loaded up my vehicle and drove the mile to the donation center. A skinny older fella came out with a cart. He took one look at the amount and told me that he couldn’t take that much stuff and told me to go to another goodwill 9 miles away. I said to him “it all doesnt have to go.” So I opened up the door and tried to hand him a new toaster, he again told me I needed to go to another store. I asked him what could he take? He again said take all of it to another location. I said it all doesn’t have to go. He wasn’t even interested in what I had. There was probably $1000 worth of items. Many brand new. I donated them to another delightful organization that unloaded the items for me with a smile. Ironically they are in an old goodwill location.My neighbor took left over garage sale items to this same goodwill and same guy told her the same thing but finally gave in and took them after saying to her “what, did you have a yard sale?” It’s a shame that this occurs where you expect that your stuff would be sold and benefit the local community. I will no longer consider goodwill as a place to donate to. Very disappointed.
