I guess Management decided to lock the bathrooms from the public, not realizing the customers who are supporting the Industries are the public. I, a 70 year old customer was denied the bathrooms and told that Frys is down the sidewalk. Rethink how you treat your customers.

They close the fitting rooms a full HOUR before they close. Useless if you need any clothes last minute and drive across town to go there at 7PM.

Very nice employees, kind of a smaller goodwill. Bathrooms were disgusting. But the overall store has a nice layout and very easy to find what you're looking for.

$150 for a 23 year old electric piano that I can't even test before I buy because there's NO CORD LOL. Last time coming to this filthy store. Used to be a nice place but it's gone downhill.Looking forward to seeing this location shut down because of these moronic greedy employees.

Pathetic management!! Toys and PUZZLES are a mess. The reason is simple...ignorant staff who DO NOT know how to price items TO SELL! $1-2 dollars is average. Your Goodwill..$3.99 and there are a LOT. I would have bought 5 puzzles, zero is what I bought

I recently visited the Goodwill on 22nd and Country Club, and I must say, it was quite an experience. The first hiccup was that they were completely out of baskets during my entire visit. I had to improvise using a rolling desk chair and a decorative basket to carry my finds.The store's appearance was also less than impressive. Clothing cluttered the floor, making navigation a challenge. It seemed like someone had abruptly abandoned their cleaning duties - a broom was left in the middle of the aisle, and dust was scattered all around, as if the cleaner had vanished mid-sweep.Given these issues, a one-star rating felt justified. However, I decided to be generous and bumped it up to two stars, primarily because of the cashier, who was a sweetheart. Hopefully, the store can address these concerns and provide a more organized and cleaner shopping experience in the future.
