Won't let shoppers use their bathroom? I left without finishing my shopping. You wont get my money now or ever again. Unacceptable.
Edit: congrats on your 3.9 stars.

I really like this gw location. They are fairly well organized, they seem to continuously put more merchandise out on the floor, and everyone seems very friendly. And the prices are good too! Tuesday and Wednesday are senior days, and teachers get a discount Thursday and Friday!

Very dissatisfied I called to ask a question and was told to hang on and the employee proceeded to call me racial slur and then hung up on me

Honestly, this used to be my favorite store now it’s very expensive. Prices are ridiculous. Remember, these are use things that are being donated by the public that have wear and tear. You can’t price them the same price as if they were brand new on top of that ladies at the store are always in such a bad mood employees I am also a donator myself I am no longer will be donating to Goodwill. I will be donating to my local thrift stores price things at a reasonable price.

You should probably know that this Goodwill bullies the same people they claim to help. My son in law was physically assaulted by an employee who has done this to others who come in from referring agencies. He was told he would be picked on because "he was a piece of __ drunk and just like others who come in here." When he went to management, they did not help. When he went to corporate, he received retaliation from the store manager at this location. My son in law quit under pressure, because at 63 days sober, he's still building his self esteem. I am requesting that this Goodwill and manager Imelda Ramirez be investigated. This company should be more than ashamed of themselves.

I think it's horrible that city organizations refer people here who need jobs only to be bullied by staff. Manager Imelda knew what was happening and turned a blind eye. Who do you think you are letting your employees physically assault those who are trying to put their life back together? Agency and companies refer people there who are trying to turn their lives around. Other employees state this has happened to other referred employees from rehabs or agencies. You let people get beat up then quit due to stress. Many of these people are rebuilding their lives. Imelda Ramirez should be fired for allowing this to happen.

It's extremely difficult to find help, including to find someone to open a fitting room, which are at the front and center of the store, next to the register. I have been trying to visit on my lunch hour, but it's really a been a waste of time every visit because of the slow service.

The goodwill management needs to have a clue about merchandising. And if their mission us to help people gain employment, they should hire some people and teach them how to do basic cleaning of the stuff donated to them before it is put on the sales floor. The pics are just one example. Upholstery cleaning is something people can be trained to do so they can be self sufficient. Notice all the pet hair on the couch. It might bring a higher price and sell faster if it was cleaned.

Terrible, awful pricing at this location...when the price is decent its un-wearable with holes and bodily fluids...manager at this location should be ashamed of themselves.

The employees at the donation reception are always indifferent. Another Goodwill on 1st st has more friendly staff, and they always ask for my zip code and thanked me for donations.
