I asked an older lady with no teeth for the restroom and she very rudely told me “there is no restroom” when there very clearly is. I’m heavily pregnant and was on the verge of peeing my pants. What an awful woman

I've been coming to this store for 6 years and I must say it has changed for the
"GOOD". This year I have seen this store standout . The racks are full as well as the entire store. The staff makes you feel comfortable no matter how long your shopping. And they announce what tag is half off as well as other discounts for customers. Again I thank the entire staff for great experiences when I come in this Goodwill store. If you want a great shopping experience come to this Goodwill

Never been more disrespected by staff in my life, if the staring from literally everyone wasn’t rude enough, this older lady, also staff, decides to take it upon herself to scoot between my sister and a clothes wrack (roughly not even half a foot of room) while grabbing her waist without saying a single word. We were baffled and didn’t say anything, kept our cool until she did it again seconds later. I call her out I say “you can ask her to move,” she replies “don’t worry I do this all day.” Astonished by her response, I say to her “that doesn’t make it any less disrespectful.” We ended up leaving with nothing personally, our mother stayed and purchased some things with embarrassment.

Handy caped wife went there tonight and purchased a large rug witch was too bulky for her to Cary to car.Asked employee (a man) to help and he claimed he was off the clock.I don’t think he knows the meaning of Good Will . It goes both ways.Other employees also did not lift a finger to help.. Hope he ends up back on streets..The store is a mess also, no organization ..I will spread the word to not go there..

Honestly cannot believe how they acted today . I walked over to look at the blankets they had, and there was this strange canvas shelf sitting on the ground . At first I started to set something on it and then look to the side of it and see it has 2 zip up openings - I start to look further and realize it’s a cover to put over a cat box, so cats can walk in one side and the other side unzips for changing the cat box - I see it says $6.99 and thought well that could come in handy. This thing was pretty big as you can imagine - I carry this big thing around the store for another 30 minutes while I continue shopping. When I’m ready to check out the cashier guy immediately takes the cat box cover and starts lifting it up and looking all around and over and under and my husband and I start going - “what’s wrong is it missing something?” It didn’t have a bottom so we thought maybe it was missing the bottom. The cashier ignores us and continues to furiously look almost acting like we were criminals - then he says I think we changed the price on this yesterday I don’t think that’s the right price I have to call someone . Someone comes over and says yes we changed the price — then they peel off the $6.99 price sticker to reveal a $34.99 price sticker and show it to us again almost acting like we covered up the price. It was the strangest thing - and then they just walked away with it and wouldn’t even offer any consolation for the mistake. My husband was in the Air Force and received top secret security clearance in the military, definitely a shame to treat anyone like this, veteran or not . My favorite east side goodwill! Their prices have definitely gone up over the last couple years, sometimes to ridiculous degrees. That being said, the store is clean, well organized, and all the staff are friendly. In particular, the staff who assist in donating items. I have found many great items here. My only issue is that this goodwill is priced above most of the other east side stores, and that's likely due to its location and demographic. Overall, it is a nice store and one I regularly will stop through just for a peek.
