Is the manager/supervisor racial profiling over a corporation making an extra $10 off a free item? Bc I find tagless things all the time and she lets it get priced at the register but the one time I see a Hispanic woman do it the item can’t be priced at the register.

Horrible experience. I was confused the second I walked through the door I didn't know how to move around their horrible maze they had set up in the front so you don't know which way to entrance the actual building to see the merchandise, I was then rudely greeted by a horrible manager with a snotty little attitude older lady glasses blonde hair, telling me she for sure seen me at another location before I told her no way you have it completely wrong I've never been in a kolb- store before?? Not even sure where that is, furthermore she then gets another co-worker and they both start mouthing off to me with a horrible attitude saying horrible things in front of me they humiliated me in front of customers. I went to the bathroom and started crying I was so embarrassed. When I came out I wanted the manager's name store manager I couldn't get information from anyone I then had to call another store just to ask what the procedure would be to make this complaint. Of course the other lady at the other store was more than willing to give me the information I needed as well as an apology she's seen exactly what was going on.
in fact she says she knew exactly who I was talking about and that's exactly why she wasn't working at her store any longer. This experience was the most horrible experience of a second hand store I could have ever imagined having. Those two girls that were working Sunday at 4:00 p.m. were horrible. I don't know how anyone would even give those people a job they must have really put the woo on them..
I recommend no one visit this store not only were they horrible but so was the amount of stuff they had in the store it was thrown everywhere they treat you as if you're stealing and everybody has their attitudes compromised by this one lady

No complains with the store itself.
The facility is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful, pleasant, personable and professional.
I personally don't care for the entry and exit of this property. Currently offering only one way in & out forcing you to exit onto southbound Houghton to the road to nowhere. Hopefully as further development occurs this will improve.

I’ve seen better, however, it is quite large and, has a large clothing inventory as well. Overall this particular store is
slightly above the average for a typical GW store in there’ the AZ area!

One of the nicest Goodwill stores I have shopped in. Large store, well organized and well staffed. Like any thrift store, they are there to make money for their organization... so, I have seen items from the dollar store that are marked around $5. So, be aware of what you are buying.
Pleasant staff.

Good selection that changes often, specials every week on certain color price tags. Changing rooms are available. Store is kept clean. Prices range from great to just fair, but are lowered if they don't sell at the higher price. You can try out electrical items before you buy them, plug-ins are provided for that. Wide selection of items besides clothes. Employees are very helpful.

Of the Goodwills on the East side, this is one of the better ones. I have never had an issue with the people who help unload your donations, if anything they are usually very kind and welcoming. I have, however, witnessed plenty of racism towards both staff and customers who are POC. In terms of the goods sold there, the clothes are usually in good condition and I haven't encountered many items in gross or poor condition. Their art section is usually quite disorganized, but with some digging I have found some gems there. Prices have gone up at all locations, but this one remains on the lower end. Overall I enjoy visiting and go there pretty regularly.
