Shawn & Antonio were outstanding.
I walked in and Shawn hurried to guide me to where I needed to go in the store. Antonio was very cheerful. It’s contagious. Thank you

I definitely agree with a previous reviewer that this Goodwill is more expensive than other locations bc of its location and not the quality of items. Whereas other locations will match the teacup of saucer and sell it for a few dollars, this location is selling two cups for $5 a piece and the matching saucers for $2 a piece. And this is not bc of the quality or brand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased an item that I didn’t know was broken and didn’t work. So obviously they don’t test items. They are selling other people’s trash…literally. I was told I couldn’t return it in a very rude way by an older lady. Who very snarky mentioned the fine print on the receipt that they clearly don’t mention when you buy the items.Which is ridiculous because I have been to goodwills in the past where I have been able return items that don’t work with a reciept. This goodwill is ridiculous and I wouldn’t EVER GO BACK or RECOMMEND to anyone in Tucson looking for a thrift store because you are wasting your time. If you want trash I would just go look in any dumpster in Tucson. Not to mention the store is very messy and nothing is priced and they don’t honor their color of the week. I also noticed that they are charging high prices for items that are broken that you then can’t return. I would suggest going to Desert industries instead where they are clean, nice, and organized.

I wish this store wasn’t so high priced because I would be there daily after dropping my kids off.
I’m not sure if it’s because it’s in a better neighborhood or what but it is largely over priced compared to others across town.
Facility is well kept and managed. Isles are usually stocked and not cluttered with garbage which is appreciated.
They do tend to have a lot of things with out tags which leads to the
Employees being quite annoying.
They are so unconvinced by asking for a price on something .

Very clean and well maintained Goodwill location. You can find things easily based on their organization.

employee snuck her way behind me and a clothing rack and I turned around and she grunted at me for being in her way and I told her to say excuse me next time and she gave attitude and was rude.

Buyers and supporters BEWARE! I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased a vacuum for $30 , not inexpensive by any means. We tried it out in the store and it turned on. We purchased and when brought home the roller didn’t work. We had it for less than four hours and they were very unkind and would not even consider a store credit within 24 hours. Will be reporting to corporate and better business bureau. Extremely disappointed in a charity that I donate to and purchase from frequently.

WARNING! WARNING! IF YOU ENTER, YOU MAY LEAVE WITH YOUR INTELLIGENCE DIMINISHED! What is wrong with these people? I have been to/ called this specific Goodwill establishment 4 times. Each time has been more frustrating than the previous visit. The first time, I went there I was looking for some second hand toddler clothes. That part of the store was disorganized and I couldn't make hide or tail of anything. A person came out from the back, an employee, and I asked if they could help me locate where the toddler clothes were, the employee said, give her a minute and she went back into the back room. I waited for literally over 25 minutes. Never did see her come back out again. But when someone did come out, I asked if they knew where she went or if someone could help me with the location of the toddler clothes. That person said that they were going to go in the back and they'll get the person that was supposed to help me originally. Never did see anyone after that except for random guys coming out of the back with merchandise. The second experience I had was when again, I went inside asking for assistance, a woman went in the back, which seems to be a popular thing to do, I waited for about 10 minutes (remembering my previous experience) Then, luckily before I could ask someone, she had come out from the back room. I went up to her and asked her if there was any luck, she replied, "Can I help you with something?" I looked at her and said never mind and left the store. The third experience I had, was when I called to ask to speak to a manager to ask a couple questions about furniture I was told that they had there. The man who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager. He argued with me about which manager I wanted to speak to. I proceeded to tell him that I didn't know the names of his managers. He said if I couldn't give him a name then he couldn't help me. Are you freaking kidding me?! How special are these people? I mean they bring a whole new negative light to the word special. The last time which was a few days ago, I made the mistake of giving them another opportunity to be better than what they've been to me previously. Again I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold and the line was answered several times just to put me back on hold. I did this for about 45 minutes with no assistance and finally gave up. No more chances! You people have issues, seek help! This is an embarrassment of a business establishment! I mean everyone knows Tucson doesn't have a strong work ethic but give me a break, this was ridiculous!

Leaving no stars. My wallet was accidentally donated. I had $200 cash in it. Someone in the store took all of my money. The only thing they told me was to call corporate. Which of course means there’s no chance of ever seeing my money again. I am a single parent and was doing a good deed by donating things I didn’t need vs selling them so that the next person who might need something could get it at a lesser price. This this is a very frustrating and emotional situation. It’s crazy how many businesses allow for thieves to willing be under their roof. Especially in a place that’s supposed to be about donating.

Overall they have a pretty good selection. But when we were there it sounded like no one was being careful in the back and glass breaking. The men that work there are really nice and helpful, but the women are rude as hell and dismissive. One woman needed help to get in the dressing room, and when she asked someone for help she yelled back at her I'm on my lunch break and kept walking. I understand setting a boundary and valuing your time but they could have at least said I'll call someone for you. Luckily we don't live down here because it was horrible, mens customer service was great, but the women that we interacted with put a bad taste in our mouths and left a bad impression for the establishment .

This store is where I look for unique finds, not a large hall. I find a basket full at Oro valley and the Valencia locations
