All the hairdresser had to do was cut my hair in a straight line 6 inches being taken off. She cut my hair crooked. Now have to go get three inches taken off the left side!! Couldn’t even cut a straight line!

Roxann did a wonderful job with my haircut. I wanted to change the style but had only a vague idea of what would work best. My hair is thinning, and it's fine-textured. One side flips up, the other side curls under. We discussed the issues I've had with styles that worked and styles that didn't. I was thrilled with the end result - Roxann nailed it! I've gotten so many compliments on my new style and the great cut. Thanks, Roxann!

Requested style: They cut my hair a good two inches shorter than what i asked for. I gave multiple references photos and stressed how i didn't like my hair too short
