Once again, I get home and get bullied by my kids. Im not sure why I keep supporting this place. Maybe because Kurt Cousin believes in them and I believe on Kurt. All I am asking for is have a policy where new employees who are learning to cut hair inform the customer. And offer a reduced price. I hate getting taken advantage by the hair styles manipulating the mirror so you don't see the shit hair cut. Make this right. This is the 3rd time in a row

I don’t know the lady’s name but she gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life, cut it way shorter then I asked for and one side is all uneven! I don’t know how she has a license to cut hair!!!

Both my husband and I go to the Rita Ranch location. The staff is always professional and very talented at what they do. Christi is fantastic as a hair dresser and manager and the staff is lucky to have her there. Erin cuts my husbands hair and always does a fantastic job. Kudos to everyone at this location.
