If you are over 7 do not and I repeat do not go here I asked for a haircut they gave me a completely different thing twice in the same haircut and I’m not kidding

Had to return a second time (two separate hair trims, two separate returns) to get my hair trim fixed. Hair was all sorts of uneven.

If I could I would rate a 0 but unfortunately can’t. My girls 5 and 6 decided to donate their hair to wigs for kids. I was told by the hairdresser it needed to be 12 inches minimum for the hair donation. Hairdresser starts to measure it with a comb…??? Explains to me the hair would be cut to their neck. (Both girls are getting their hair cuts at the same time by 2 hairdressers booths across from eachother.) Which I thought cute probably a bob I’m sure the girls would like that. All bobs go to a neckline. WRONG my 5 year old who starts kindergarten in 3 weeks had a boy haircut. I’m at a loss for words. After the haircut another child saids to her are you a boy? She’s starting kindergarten, ruining her first school year hoping no other child calls her a boy at school…Her school pictures.ect. I’m so upset an and sad I didn’t speak up for my daughters. Do not donate hair unless you want a boy haircut. I measured their hair when we got home they cut 16 inches off both their heads. They grew their hair since a baby and have only had one haircut which was a trim a couple years ago. I’m devastated to say the least. The picture is just one of my daughter before and after.

Best great clips I’ve been too. The ladies are always nice and seem to enjoy doing their job. Most other great clips are hits and misses but the cortaro location has always been the best! And my haircut was perfect too!

Never too long of a wait, if there even is one. All the stylist are happy to accommodate kids, even wiggly ones with funky cowlicks. I really appreciate the most that why helped us out even so close to closing time!
