I found three second hand windows here. They helped me load them into my car and we had fun. Nice staff.

Wanted to donate two very good condition recliners. When they came to pick them up they declined one of them because of slight discoloration where head rests. I am DONATING chairs in good shape and you're nitpicking? Just saying!

We always find great pieces of furniture for our home. The prices are a little high but worth it. Their store prices pieces fairly.

So I found this item I wanted. It was perfect my anniversary. I had to take call in the store and I was standing next to the item. A "volunteer" picked it up and was looking at it. I told her I was going to purchase it. She told me "No you can't. It's been purchased". She brought it up to the counter. I saw her looking at it and trying to look it up on her phone when I was standing there, so I know she wanted the item for herself! The store was nearly empty. The manager came up. I told him I wanted to buy the item and he said "it was sold". That was a lie. I had to continue dealing with my business issue on the phone outside the store for about an hour. No one came out with the item! It's not fair that volunteers or employees can take things from you on the floor!

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They are fairly priced and have a decent amount of home repair stuff as well as home furnishings. I also hear they have an online service as well.I also like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Skye (front end customer service/cashier), Fernando & Janet for being so helpful and friendly. They also have a great sense of humor, but above all they have great customer service skills, which I truly appreciate. It was my first time ever going into a ReStore and they helped make my experience great. Thank you so much for that.

The display of the store is looking so good lately It's very inviting. Who ever does it is doing a great job.

I absolutely love this store! I like to decorate my home and I get bored easily and want to change things and because of the pricing here I am able to do that with beautiful pieces of furniture. I have purchased two chandeliers that were absolutely beautiful from this place. The customer service is always wonderful

Used to be the best! Prices no longer for the little guys. On sale prices are the old regular pricesSo basically the shoppers with deep pockets get the best finds, we get what does not sale. I.e. sofas for $500 are sold, just not to people with my budget

The prices here are unbelievable. Retail pricing for unrestored vintage items. Items sit on the floor for so long that they have to turn away donations. While shopping yesterday I witnessed 3 employees discussing a lamp shade that they just looked up online and they saw it originally sold for $70. They could be turning over inventory and servicing more customers, especially the customers that want fairly priced items. And no, I don’t want to call you to discuss. Your employees should be concerned with processing and turning over items, not being fake antique appraisers.

They have some nice stuff, but prices are absolutely ridiculous. They were trying to sell a couple a twin mattress for $350. Guy at the register is rude. Ok place to go if you're looking for vintage, mediocre-quality furniture, but it's probably cheaper buying new.

This store used to be so are you can go and buy things at a good price when you don’t have a lot of money now it’s gone a little crazy prices are ridiculously high. You can’t even afford to buy there anymore. Not even when you do the color coding doesn’t make a difference in the price when you start up high, I wish this store would go back to its original ways of giving people a chance to buy at a reasonable price especially these things are already used and you’re paying for a brand new price. You can find cheaper things online now it’s so sad to see this happen.
