Amber , Diana And Debbie are absolute gems , they were very patient and helpful . I wouldn’t have bought a wedding ring for my wife or myself anywhere else !! I’ve been to many stores and Helzberg has the best selection hands down!

Ordered a ring through them from Lashbrook. Ring was too thick, a dimension not specified nor shown accurately on their website. Despite lashbrook's guarantee and even purchasing their insurance Helzberg failed to return my calls and continually pushed the issue each week with "need to email or talk someone else" excuses and promises to make it right until ultimately no return was possible as told by the "district manager". Terrible, avoid.Went ahead and reached out to provided customer service email per their response to this email and it was equally as worthless.

I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option. I purchased a men’s cross pendant for my son’s 25th bday online. The chain is a choke that came with it NOT in description. I took chain in to store to see if I could return the chain and get same chain just longer and pay difference. They said the same chain is $1009.00 and I’d have to pay the whole thing. They WOULDNT trade in for the difference. I purchased 3 pieces of jewelry in the last 30 days . I will NO longer shop here , yall must be banging with business to treat customers like that. Even though there was NO shoppers when I was in store . Go somewhere else you won’t get what you think you are and your special occasion will be an epic fail!

I purchased a couple pieces of jewelry with the warranty. I go every 6 months to get the pieces inspected. The first time I had to get the rings inspected was 6 months ago. My first attempt to get them inspected the store was closed for inventory, with no update of hours online, mind you, a one way trip for me is about 40 minutes. After that trip I then had to go out there another day. This last time, they open at 11 am. I got there a little early so I walked around until a little after 11. I got back to the store, and the gates were still closed, so I stood there, and waited while nobody acknowledged me for a few more minutes. Then I asked one of the employees when they open, she replied 11, looked down at her computer to see the time which was almost 10 after 11, and then ignored me. She didn't say sorry we are running behind someone will be with you shortly to let you in etc., just completely ignored me. Finally they opened the store a couple minutes later, and the girl that inspected my jewelry was very nice. A couple other employees encouraged me to look around while I waited, but in a way that did not make me feel comfortable. There was a jeweler who was set up with a repair cart which I haven't seen before, and he got up, and said let me show you some items that we have never had in the store before, as clearly they aren't going to do anything. So it just wasn't me, the way I was approached. Every time since I purchased the jewelry, I have not had a great experience. I DREAD now having to go there every 6 months for my inspections...

My fiance had to get another ring due to an allergic reaction on her finger to one of the metals. The new ring was designed on the computer and when it came, it wasn't what she expected it to be at all. Amina and Amber the managers were extremely helpful and understanding. They truly went above and beyond and overall my fiance ended up with a ring she loves. They do everything they can to make sure their customers are taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone.
