Terrible customer service. There are multiple workers here, yet nobody wants to help. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and they are nowhere to be found. Not even a greeting or acknowledgment. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst car rental place I have ever experienced. I drive with Lyft and they have a rental deal through them. They gave me a car with Engine problems. They expected me to go do the required maintenance on the vehicle and still pay for the days the mechanic had the car. I ask for a different vehicle, they gave me ANOTHER vehicle needing maintenance. I missed a total of 4 days with a vehicle because of their maintenance problems and they still expect me to pay for those days.. this is the worse service I have ever in my life delt with. Then the people that work there is incredibly rude including the manager

Rented a truck a month in advance and paid in full just to get there the day of the rental to be told I should go somewhere else because they don't have the vehicle I rented and never thought to perhaps get it ready in advance. Then the lady Cheryl or Cynthia or something like that told me they can't offer refunds and put in the computer that we picked up our rental so we could only receive a partial refund that was less than half the cost that we ended up not getting back... I will NEVER go back to this place again! Ever!

I booked my car online with my debit card. Read to make sure that I could pay with my debit card. When I got there to pay for that car and after running my card they told me I couldn't pay with my debit card. So them my girlfriend payed for the car and put it in her name. I got home to pack our car and saw that they had changed my debit card for 3 retails that I never got. Went back to the office to see why they still changed me for the car and then over charged me. The lady behind the counter ( who wouldn't give me her name) said it's not our problem and that they don't know why I was charged. Then she told me to cally bank because again it's not there problem. A guy that wasn't there before handed me a number and said to call them because it's not our problem we changed you and over charged you. I will never ever go back to hertz and I will tell everyone I know to never go to that hertz to rent a car. That was the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!! Don't got to that hertz or hertz at all because the website tells you one thing and the rude people there tell you something else.

I've rented from this location several times in the last 2 years. Always have had fast and friendly service. Joshua was very attentive to my needs. I will definitely us this location in the future.

i just want to start off by saying i’m not one to write negative reviews about companies. but this one takes the cake for the most careless unprofessional experience i’ve had. i am 20 and was supposed to pick up a rental car today. the website specifically states that i as a 20 year old CAN rent with a credit OR debit card. i was willing to pay whatever i needed to including a couple extra hundred dollars for my age. upon arrival, i was asked to show a credit card, which i didn’t have. i showed the employee the debit card i used to book a reservation online (which they had no problem taking online). i was then met with attitude and the employee puts the policy in front of me, completely confused as to why i had the understanding i could book with a debit card. i was then told id need to go and open a credit card and be charged a 500 dollar additional deposit (which i understand the need for.) the bottom line is this place has poor and misleading advertising as well as employees who will meet you with attitude as opposed to helpful information. do not come here. take money elsewhere

deshawn and joshua were so helpful! the dream team! Can’t say enough good things about them:) they were so accommodating and helped us get an upgrade to a bigger car for our 13 hour drive back to Texas!

Ridiculous, left without a car after paying Lyft driver to bring me here. Don't waste your money they may or may not have a car even if you pay ahead of time.

I have been renting a car every couple months for a few years from this location. They are always kind and professional. I never have issues getting the vehicle I need. The staff has worked there as long as I have been going there, which I think speaks volumes for good management.

How the hell do you guys rent cars to people on the weekend but YOUR not even open?! Paid for a $59 uber there just to find out you guys are closed. Legitimately the dumbest rental company on earth!
