The guys here saved me when a nail went thru my tire and wheel. They interrupted what they were doing to take care of me and had me back on the road in 10-15 minutes. Great guys, very supportive of the rider community. Wish I was in the market for a new bike so I could buy it from them

Mike, the owner, and Joseph went above and beyond! I bought a used bike, as I just moved here temporarily and wanted to make sure it was safe. They adjusted my brakes and gear cables and surprised me with new tires that someone had donated! Their customer service and knowledge is top notch! I would not take my bike any place else! Thank you guys so much!

Highly recommend. Took my 20 year old Litespeed with 26”tires and rim brakes in for a tuneup and refresh. No judgments, no hassles. Fair price and my bike rides like butter. Thank you HMS.

Great service for a very reasonable price. I brought my mountain bike to HMS to have my shifters cleaned and serviced and to diagnose why my front disc break was rubbing. They got my shifters working great and they figured out that there was one less ball bearing on one side of the front wheel axel than there was on the other. That was my fault, I cleaned and re-greased that front axel. I never would have figured out that I put one less ball bearing on one side and that was throwing off the balance of the wheel, thus causing my disc break to rub. I'm so glad I brought it in to HMS, they really know what they're doing.

I had my old Trek in for disc brake repairs and they went over and above to get them as good as they could. Very fair pricing too. The tech gave me a real good education about my bike as a bonus. I’ll surely be back. Highly recommend.

I stopped in after window shopping recently. The owner was in the shop and a very nice man. He didn’t try to upsell or oversell, just helped with things I asked about. Prices are very fair as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Brought my trike into HMS Bikes as it's close to home and it was worth the decision!Had nasty noise coming from back end. Another mechanic told me the derailer cogs were bad but, HMS dug deeper and found the bearings in rear axle were shot. Ordering a new wheel and will be good to go!I'M VERY IMPRESSED!Way to go HMS team!

Reasonably priced and expertly executed work on my bike. Conveniently located within 1/2 mile of the Pima Ciunty Loop bike trail. Able to ride some 63 miles on the Loop from here without civering the same ground twice.
