I am writing this review before I haven't even received my car back because they have had my car for over a month now...almost 2. Accident happened end of February 2024 and was finally ready to be repaired May 2024. Here we are at the last week June 2024....was told they were waiting on one part and the car would be going to paint to be finished up..that was two weeks ago. I have been able to get in touch with my direct contact, however it's always the same answer of "we are waiting on a part" or "I will give you an update when I can" with no response. I am hoping that with all of this time, that the car comes back to me in pristine condition considering it was brand new off the lot with less than 600 miles on it. This review is solely based on the fact this place obviously has zero time management and continually give the run around. I will edit this review once the car is back in my hands and I look at the work done.
EDITED 7/12/24: Was told my car was ready for pick up on 7/11. Went to turn in my rental and went over to pick it up. Drove the 12 minutes home and had to turn back around because my engine coolant level was high, and was overheating. They took it back to a technician who determined there was air in the coolant which needed to be drained. Was told to go back to the rental agency to pick up another car because they needed to keep it another day. Finally picked up the next day, 7/12 with no significant issues. The outer body of my car does look great, which is the silver lining in this crazy ordeal. My question is, why did they not check EVERYTHING on this vehicle prior to pickup? Such an inconvenience and the timeline for repairs was insane. Again, the work was done well from what I can tell, so if you're willing to put up with the headache, then maybe take a chance on this place.

I took my2015 f150 truck to them in March to repair some side damage. Their technician CUT the power wire AND the Video coaxial cable. They soldered the power wire back BUT they STILL HAVE NOT REPAIRED THE VIDEO CABLE. I spent almost $3500.00 getting the back up camera/stereo installed a year ago.
All I keep getting from them is "it is on order". I called the place that installed it to begin with and they told me they could have the parts in a week or OVERNIGHT if I paid for overnight shipping.
The collision center has absolutely NO hurry to fix the situation since they already got the insurance money and my $500.00 deductible.
I HAVE CALLED MR HALL, the GM OF THE DEALERSHIP, TWICE WITH NO RESPONSE. I WISH I KNEW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF MR.CLICK, JIM WOULD NEVER ALLOW THIS KIND OF TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER.

I took my Mazda Mx-5 Miata in for repairs and I am completely satisfied with the work they performed. Leo was very knowledgeable and ensured that all damage was fixed, over what insurance estimated. Particularly the suspension which helps a Miata be a Miata. Thanks to the painters also. They did a great job on a 3-stage paint job. Yes it did take time but I wanted things done right and they delivered.

They do not return calls in a timely manner. I requested a factory replacement part, not after market, even though the insurance company would not pay for it. I told them I would pay the difference and seek legal action against the person who did the damage. They installed an aftermarket anyway. They blamed it on me even though they remembered me saying I did not want and aftermarket item and that I would seek legal for the difference. The rear decal, not original item, was supplied by me for replacement. I believe they waited to install it until I arrived to pick up the car. This caused the rolled -up decal to not stick on the edges and they left many bubbles in the decal. Looks terrible. Requested a service part be installed. They said they would have it done. When I arrived, it had not been done and service people said the collision center never told them to do it. Had to wait for it to be completed. I gave them a one star due to a negative star was not an option. I will never use Jim Click Collision center for anything again. Don't know if they are under staffed, over worked, or just plain instructed to Lie!

I took my Kia in to have the hood repainted. From start to finish, Leo was excellent! Extremely kind and professional and he went the extra mile on customer service!! They did a great job with the repaint. And, they cleaned the interior! Thank you!!

Word of advice, avoid this place like the plague. Dealing with my car getting repaired here has been a nightmare. I was rear ended in mid May and sent the insurance estimate to this place within a couple days. I never got a call or an email when the parts came in or to schedule the repairs (because they wouldn't schedule the repair until the parts came in).Two months go by, I have to call them to find out that an email "was in drafts and never got sent to the scheduling department" when the parts came in. I get told to drop my car off on 8/16 and yet again didnt get a single update from them at any point outside of when I called, but never a confirmation when it was actually expected to be done.Friday 9/15 rolls around and I find out from the rental company that my insurance set the expiration of my rental coverage to Monday 9/18. I call the rental company, my insurance, and this shop to confirm that 9/18 is in fact when my car will be done. Monday comes and I don't get an update so I call in the afternoon to find out it's still not done and now the burden is on me to call my insurance and the rental company to make sure I can keep my rental an extra day without it coming out of my own pocket. Tuesday comes and goes with no update again until I call them around 4pm to get "still not done but it'll be ready first thing in the morning" Wednesday 9/20 so I have to go through the entire process to extend my rental with my insurance and rental company AGAIN.Wednesday 9/20 I don't get there to pick up my car until 4:45 (I called for an update around noon, got the confirmation that my car was "getting finished up" so I let them know I'd be there by 5pm and was assured it would be ready. When I got there at 4:45 I was told they were still finishing up and it would be a few more minutes. An hour later and 10 minutes before they close I get my car back to find paint chips/runs in 3 different areas of my bumper and trunk, the camera was put on crooked "with double sided tape", there was a random smear of a substance that looked like paint across my driver side door handle which they cleaned before I left only because I pointed it out, and my trunk is still not aligned correctly. The lid is scraping the plastic inner lining of my trunk which will create damage where there shouldn't be and I have to slam my trunk shut to get it to latch. Over $3K and 4 months later my car is still not fixed.I was told when I left yesterday to bring the car back in next week so they can correct everything and I'm now waiting for the manager to call me to get that scheduled and taken care of. The communication from this place is almost non-existent and they seemingly update you with lies to avoid dealing with it. The ONLY time I got a call from this place instead of me contacting them was when they were confirming how much money I got from my original insurance estimate so they knew how much was owed when I picked up the car.

this place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.4 months ago my husband was in an accident that was of no fault of his own. It took 2 months for the collision center to get him in (end of May). We were told it was a 22 day work order. Completely reassured we would have our vehicle back way before our trip at the end of July. The last of June rolls around and we inquire, are told that due to this and that, they haven't been able to get it into paint yet but will the following week. The following week we call, still hasn't gone into paint because they didn't have the staff but will after the holiday. Another week passes, there's another excuse. We are at the end of the month of JULY now and it came out of paint but apparently a worker sawed through the bumper and it needed to be redone. They assure us it'll be redone asap and they had rescheduled the glass company to come out. We were told 2 days ago that the glass company came and it will be sent to the Kia dealership yesterday morning for an electronics check. Yesterday, my husband calls at 11 to check on it. Was told that the service advisor was on lunch. Husband gives him an hour and a half. Calls again, told that he had stepped out. Called another 30 minutes later and once again told that he was on lunch. So obviously this guy is avoiding us. So my husband goes up to speak with the manager who doesn't have the same story the service advisor gave us. Apparently it had just had the glass installed that morning and had not gone to the dealership like the advisor told us....no one is telling the truth. What is going on? Why all the lies? What are you doing with our van? Just give it back, please.

First off the estimator was a good guy.... but to paint my hood and roof took 3 visits, and almost 6 weeks.... ( 2 days of work according to them) sloppy paint work... and after the 3rd there are still flaws, but I cant take bringing it back... the last time there was grease all over the seats and bumper.... ( why on the 3rd time you wouldn't look over the car) if any small paint and body shop was run this poorly they would be out of business in weeks.... horribly work... never go backService: Painting
