I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. They are the worst dealership I've ever been to when it comes to service. I have a 2013 Ford Explorer with lifetime oil change. I just found out they never checked the transmission fluid in it nor did they ever mention anything about it needing service and the vehicle has over 200K on it. The fluid is black now and they refused to make an appointment to change the fluid. Their excuse was they are backed up and can't make appointments. I will never do any business with this dealership again. The people they hire have no clue and trying to get ahold of them on the phone is nearly impossible. I think they hire any backyard mechanic that is willing to work whether or not they have experience or any certifications. I would find a different dealership to use that has better customer service. They have a 2.5 star rating and it'll only get worse with the way they do business. I'm uploading a pic showing they don't check the transmission fluid or power steering fluid which is a part of the inspection when you take a vehicle in to be serviced. The second pic is the fluid I drained out of the transmission since they refused to make an appointment.

If I could give 0 I would I bought a used car from them and they were very happy to sell me it and told me anything wrong with the car would be fixed. As soon as I took it off the lot every light is on. That's not even the worst part, I had to bring it in 5 different times to even get it fixed, was lied to in on the times on where the car was, Steve was my advisor this past time and he just refuses to pick up the phone I had to blow up the phone 15 times for him to answer when I picked up the vehicle one of the problems I brought it back for was not even touched and I asked what do I do when it happens again. They treat you like they're doing a favor to you and you're crazy for asking them to do their job and honor their word i am still having the same issue again I hate being thrown attitude every time and dealing with a huge hassle although one issue is "solved" for now I'm just waiting for it to happen again. I would highly highly not recommend buying a used car here go somewhere else.

This place is laughable. Came in with a warning light on dash, was told I needed an appt. Left car thinking it would be a week, to my surprise they resolved issue in under a week. I was super happy. Went to pick car up, waited 20 minutes for them to pull car up to service drive with no one else waiting. Every person other than cashier had no sense of urgency, moved at a snails pace, and basically looked like the last place they wanted to be was here. Everyone looked miserable and it totally reflects on their customer service. This will be my last Ford/Lincoln purchase so I do not have to deal with this dealership again.

We have owned three Lincoln's but will never buy another. It has nothing to do with the car it's the service. No matter what service the car needs it will take a week. They are suppose to give us a loaner...nope, never have one. Communication is terrible. They never answer, never call back. Done!!!

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle or seeking service from this dealership. We did and included the extended warranty with the sales team noting the reliability of the service department. We have brought the vehicle in multiple times for the same issue and they cannot duplicate the issue. We've shown video of the issue, had multiple alarms on the vehicle, and offered to drive with them and show them issue as it happens more frequently. Now, we have replaced the battery multiple times this year and they again cannot find an issue. They have had the car for multiple weeks costing us more money for rentals. The warranty will not assist with rentals unless an issue is identified. My husband was told the car could be picked up and after driving 40 minutes to pick it up it is no longer ready.

Great customer service, Aiden in parts was super personable and helpful. They have hard to get parts, which is wonderful in a day of shortages and back orders. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Out of all my years owning Fords, having known a family owned Ford dealership in IL for most of my life - I can be of utmost confidence when I say Holmes Tuttle is one of, if not the worst Ford dealer I've ever experienced. I walked in to service, IN PERSON, set my oil change time/date. What happened, you ask? Never got a reply, no communication or appt confirmation, even after confirming in person with a live rep in my face. I call, day of service - 8 calls to service went unanswered. After finally getting someone, we learned they took my info down wrong, never reached out to confirm the time/date. All the negative reviews on here about Holmes Tuttle are accurate - service department is nonexistent. You're unimportant. They're booked solid. They don't care about your service, they care about keeping a booked schedule. Even if that means taking your info, promising the service and never following through on setting that appointment.

My teenage daughter took her car there for a mirror replacement which was handled. The called her to advise her headlight wasn't working. She said to please fix it. They called her 2 more times through the day that it went from a bulb issue to a major wiring issue to the engine and would cost $700 to $1000. We declined. I took it to a local mechanic who repaired a loose wire with silicone. Total cost $15. The bulbs were fine. It's my belief they tried taking advantage of a young female. Shame on you! Beware of these Wolves dressed as sheep.

I have taken my Ford raptor like 4 times here and Fred always takes care of me. Honestly Fred is the nicest most respectful person I e ever dealt with when it comes to help with any of my vehicles. They need to give Fred a raise.

Second time in a week that I needed a Ford OEM part, when I called to inquire about availability I was on hold more than 45 minutes both times before I just hung up, who knows how long, if ever, before they would have answered.. Customer Service has never been a strong point of Jim Click, He's only concerned with Vehicle sales at any cost, I will be driving to Oracle Ford for parts and service from now on... Bye Jimmy.

I came there to purchase a Ford F150 the gentleman who services me name was Ramon wonderful experience he was a very patient dealer to deal with he got the key right away I was able to drive whatever car I pick wonderful gentlemen I suggest if you go to purchase something anything I don't know what it may be hopefully you will choose Ramon .
