Fire the manager Tony and the incompetent young lady in customer service. These geniuses couldn't figure out how to handle roadie delivery orders properly and wasted my time.

Very displeased with how i was treated as a customer, from being profiled because i am covered with tattoos ( all quality art with colorful ink done in A professional shop, no prison ink and definitely nothing disrespectful), just about The level of disrespect I received trying to find a modular tool storage system that was best for me, luckily it wasn't hard to find an employee when I had questions since just about every secret shopper working security and every associate working was withing a 15 ft circle of me, watching my every move, while other customers were needing assistance but couldn't get any because they were tailing me. But then when I asked them a question or to help me with finding a certain piece that went with the tool storage system they seemed as if I was irrating them and had attitude with me, asked 3 different orange vest associates for help getting the bottom piece that had wheels there were non on the floor yet online said there were 15 non of them even bothered to look or help me look, they quickly replied no we don't have it. Luckily I found one nice lady I wish I got her name she was older in her early 60s we actually had a nice chat and her son may come and work for in the future. She took the time to pull out her handheld all associates carry to look and see they did have it in stock and was able to get it for me. From there I went to the register self checkout being the closest there were 4 registers all had customers doing a "self checkout" but as soon as It was my turn in line before I could start scanning I had two associates there two associates there to ring up my items as if I was incapable of scanning 3 items by myself and again while this was going on other customers computers were paging "please wait, customer assistance needed, " yet they were both assisting me when I didn't need it. Then they wouldn't look up my military by phone number and made me sign into the app to get it while others were waiting. Then I proceeded to pay for all the items like I do every time. Because I am not a their, never have been, never will be thus I don't like being treated like one. Especially being a returning combat vetern

Good luck getting what you order!!!!Spoke to customer service to page a plumbing associate to order a vanity. 20 minutes, and two separate requests for a page later, I went back to customer service to order. I get told the vanity is in stock (on the 22nd) and will ship to store in 2 days (the 24th). They take my money, which leaves my account IMMEDIATELY. The 24th arrives, no shipping info. I check the app, now it says delivery on the 29th. Fast forward to the 29th, STILL NO VANITY. Now the app says the 30th. I check the app again - no tracking updates since the 27th; where it was just leaving the warehouse.Fast forward to today - it is 9pm and STILL NO VANITY. Now the tracker says the vanity went from Phoenix to Tucson, back to Phoenix! I'm out over a thousand dollars, delayed almost two weeks, and am losing more money by the day as I deal with contractors working on my home.But rest assured, their online chat bot lackies swear to me the vanity arrived at noon (despite the customer service associates checking the receiving dock at 3pm to no luck, while I was in store to conduct a return).WASTE OF TIME! I'LL GO TO A COMPETITOR GOING FORWARD.

Horrible experience wouldn't exchange a generator in warranty supposedly saying they stopped doing it years ago when we just exchanged one a couple months ago so that is just false it's just a excuse to not do the paperwork never going back ever again worst experience ever

Home Depot has the worst website and inventory control in the business world. I was shopping online to see if my local store had an item, mind you I had no intention of buying it online, I was checking stock to see if the item was on hand before making the trek into the store. Home Depot’s website said they (Marana) had two of the large items I wanted on hand, so I went to the store and imagine this…nobody could find them and the store employee said that the box that shows two items in stock ready for in store pick up doesn’t mean that. He said it means two in the warehouse ready to ship to the store for pick up. That is not what it says nor means….Needless to say I ordered the item from Amazon while walking back to my truck. Amazon for the win.

OVERPRICED and RUDE I do not recommend the home Depot on Costco drive. I purchased some flooring over at Costco at El Con. I only had space enough in my vehicle to fit a portion of the flooring that I needed in my vehicle. I had planned on picking up the remaining portion of the flooring at the Costco on Costco drive because it was closer to the location where I was having the floor laid. There was a very significant price difference on the flooring between El Con and Costco drive. The Costco drive location refused to match the same price between stores. The employee that I work with was also extremely and unreasonably rude when I requested that the price be matched.
