If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hired a temp in Oct and my employment was to end at the end of Dec. Was wrongfully terminated on the 1st of Dec for a LIE ! For "poor work performance" my scores were always above 77 infact over 100 most weeks. When they fired me I asked for them to show me proof of my "poor work performance" scores and they refused ! My scores were higher then the rest of the temps in my dept that started with me. Our scores were posted up daily for all employees too see. If my performance was so poor why couldnt they notify/warn me of this before terminating me ? I am going to be getting evicted from my apt because of this company because they terminated me with no justified cause or warning. I will be suing for breach of contract & discrimination !

Worst Warehouse i Worked for...Expectations was noted BUT....
Every Trailer had a Tier or Level from 1-4? 1 meaning its harder and 4 had smaller little boxes...
I witnessed, the Tier 4 Trailer Receivers were more Respected and Renowned for Unloading 1 lb boxes from the Union....
Meanwhile the Tier 1 Trailer Receivers were Disciplined for moving 50-80 lb boxes and were expected to work Harder and do the Same Work as a Tier 4 Trailier!!!
They EXPECT 100 Boxes an hr...imagine 100 boxes times 1lbs vs 100 boxes times 50-80 lbs an hour...
UNFAIR WORK, UNFAIR PAY, DONT WORK IF YOUR A HARDWORKER

This place sucks left another job to come here thinking it was as good as they all made it seem, boy was I wrong lol. After a month of working hard they get me go because it was slower then they expected for the holiday and said I can always reapply and come back, yeah right.

Worst Warehouse I ever worked in and I have a good amount of experience. Communication is terrible, language barrier, they only hire illegals. Give more information to them before they would Americans who only speak English. Leadership is awful, hr is terrible I haven't had my paycheck situation fixed at all. And it's been 3 weeks without any paperchecks like "promised." Do not waste your time here. New management is desperately needed

Had orientation yesterday. Went well or so i thought. But at the end of the day a lady told me to get my things. She told me that they think I would not be a good fit due to me not "doing well" in the safety training from what she has seen. Even though she wasn't there through out the whole thing. I asked what i did wrong but she couldn't tell me. Then she told me that my trainer told her I was having issues. However the trainer had to speak to all of us in the training about something lol. So I asked her what he said and she couldn't give me no answer. She kept saying " I don't know". They kept the girl that had to repeat a few of the safety trainings but got rid of me. I was clearly being discriminated against and made that clear to hear. Plus I was the only black person in my class. However, I already started taking action on my part because I am so sick and tired of being discriminated against. Don't work at any place that doesn't want you there.

Easy access. This is a warehouse, not a shopping center! Getting there is easy but GPS usually takes you to the front entrance on Alvernon.Semi access is off Palo Verde though. Take exit for Palo Verde South when you are on the I-10. Stay in the left lane, cross Valencia. Homegoods is the 3rd Building on your left. CDL required for check in!

Was with the company for 4 years until I was terminated. Was fired a few days after my annual anniversary date; sick time, vacation was just renewed. I requested pto on a date and they claimed that it wasn't approved. I explained to them my situation for using my pto was due to my Father(Vietnam vet) slowly dying. They failed to care even after sending them multiple letters explaining my situation. The Union there was no help neither they dragged their feet on the whole situation, obviously they didn't care.They simply don't care about you and would walk over you when they get the opportunity just to feed their ego.

Applied for a position here at the DC and went through all the process and they never even had the decency to say ? we apologize but we won't be moving forward at this time with your application! Instead they replied and said they would be getting things processed and still to this day since August I haven't heard or gotten the offer letter ? SMH!!!

Worst place to work, they do not value employees I repeat do not work here. They give you a load of work and raise your percentage so you are not able to meet them. They give vto and purposely keep hiring people. Zayre and rebecca are not good supervisor they treat people like animals
