The person I worked with seemed very upset with me because my taxes were difficult. Maybe he should have a disclosure or just a set amount of “easy” clients? I’ve had better experiences with HR block but it turns out the person I did work with last year was not from this location and just happened to be there when I walked in. Oh well.
